Sorry I wasn't more specific about the heating area currently I don't recall in my feet are way too swollen to be able to put them on again after being released from the hospital this video was shot right before I went into the hospital and I was able to make the video because my feet weren't swollen then so I really do apologize but I do work well it seems like I really like the app sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Well I'm sure that's very possible almost everyone knows how to download and use apps on phones from young to old and I included links below the video to make it a little bit simpler so overall I can't think of any easier thing to do or any easier way to you know have people be capable of downloading it out which again is so common these days with so many different devices and that's about all I know to say about that.
