Adaptive Matrigma is a non-verbal assessment that measures logical reasoning with geometric figures called matrices. In this video, we delve into the Matrigma test, a recruitment assessment developed by Assessio. The Matrigma test evaluates candidates' cognitive abilities, specifically their problem-solving skills and general intelligence. The purpose of this video is to provide you with a comprehensive set of questions to help you prepare for the Matrigma test.
This is one type of test used by all Swedish companies when recruiting. If you want to get a job in Sweden, you have to get a good score on these tests. Luckily, the questions of the test by Assessio are from the same selection. My videos will allow you to study these reoccurring questions to be called for a job interview by getting the highest score on the test.

What is the logic behind question 16? I’ve tried to reverse engineer a solution, but I can’t get the pattern

Question 16 (10:29) - the first 2 squares in each row are combined to create the final image. All dots are added in the same position. - if there are 2 dots of the same color opposite of eachother then they will cancel eachother and both will disappear. When combining square 1 and 2 in row 3. - The top left white dot in square 1 will cancel out the white dot below it in square 2. - the 2 black dots in square 1 will both end up infront of the 2 black dots in the middle and top right (in square 2), and they will cancel out. The only ones not cancelling out is the top left black dot, and the bottom middle white dot in square 2. The resulting square should have 1 top left black dot and 1 bottom middle white dot. *--> Answer 5*

Really helpful! Why is the correct answer to question 9 answer 6 and not 5?

I choose option 6 instead of option 5, because within each column there should be 1 gray circle, and 2 white. Since column three already has a gray circle, the last circle should be white. Thank you so much for commenting, and giving feedback. Your help is very much appreciated.

I struggle a lot and i found an easy solution. There are 6 possible answers. First 2 look diff than 3-6. 2 dots up. So the final 2 solutions to choose. And i choosed 2. U can try with elimination (my english is bad i know.)

q9 why 6 and not 5? I don't get the logic behind color.

Each column has 2 white and 1 gray. All circles of 1 color needs to have 1,2,3 dots respectively. The gray circles are all 1,2,3 but we lack 1 white circle with 3 dots.

PLease Re-Upload the Video with 100% Correct is a mindf*ck to have to reado it and that the captions don't harmonise with the vide.o....

Thank you for your feedback, I appreciate your advice. I understand what you mean, and I would like to re-upload however right now, I am working on finding ways to upload more tests from other recruitment companies that recruiters use. I will think about your feedback! 1) I have a full-time job and I suck at editing. I wanted to put a 100% correct version but it quickly became unfeasible since there is no official answer so if I have a incorrect answer, I would have to re-upload and re-edit. 2) There are no other assessio matrigma tests on YT currently. I have uploaded 11 videos (6 normal assessio matrigma, and 5 assessio ascend matrigma videos) that help you prepare for the test (to get a job interview). 3) I have put a lot of time in solving questions, and helping people in the comments so the comments have useful information for people. These comments would get lost if I re-upload.

Its annoying that my "gut feeling" is actually correct but then I see the kind in the screen grab press the error which ends up me second guessing my choice....

@@capybarapens Thanks looking forward to it. I am also thinking if it is a test that you are 100% certain in and very confident in a voice over/caption based version where you actually explain your reasoning might help more novice users. As I see a gap here between explanation/introduction videos and this more "clean style" walkthrough. What is the source site to the Matrigma tests are they free, (looks Swedish)

@GusAstro Hi! I have looked at both Question 12 (08:07), 13(08:23), and 14(09:07). I can't see any way that the answer to any of these questions could be 5. Could you specify further by adding a time stamp and explain your reasoning on why my current answer is incorrect.
