The saddest prediction that seem to come true is that humans would rather chose to live in an artificial / superficial reality, if the "true" reality is even only remotely unpleasant. *And* that people more and more become extremists who will turn into a mob, ready to burn anybody at the stakes who dares to question their lifestyle.

@katiec3935 when in history they tell u of the burnin of the libraries of antiquity what really happened is whatever could be understood on a foundational level was revised and written as Helenistic thought everything else was burned destroyed lost to time. That's why we call it pythagorean theorem even tho the use of the theory was in action thousands of years before birth of the Greek society

The building onto which Neo lands when the chopper crashes into the other building has a sign that says "MMI" (2001). You can also see some interesting imagery on the building's windows as their glass distorts with the impact, if you slow it down. Next: Evie Hammond's ID card expiration date.

5:04 I remember this expiration date event like it was yesterday, I first heard of it in 2003 so I thought maybe the movie was changed after it was originally released. As a super fan since day 1, I had an original VCR tape of the movie purchased before 2001 buried somewhere , so after I found it, I carefully watched in low quality and sure enough, the date was 9/11/2001 on the vcr tape as well. My mind was blown away 😅

Bro, the day you announced the second cast list you mentioned the broad who played Wednesday Adams was gone be in Matrix 4. But what you didn't know was that earlier that same day, I roasted some skirts "clever" comment by saying that if I were to have relations with anyone from the Adams Family, it would be Wednesday Adams. The synchronicity there was so powerful that the pepetrix popped into reality. Like a quark. Lawrence Krauss knows all about quarks popping in and out of existance. Speaking of in and out, I can olny wonder about the characters in the pepetrix. The maystro and yeneffer. They discover an old code vehicle. A fail-blazer named PEPE. Once inside, the maystro and his hella fire cousin/aunt/pepe portal mama start making PEPEs windows fog up. "Maystro, clear the windows off so we can see the opps" yeneffer cries out. "If I do that..." maystro explains, looking in to her magical indigo eyes "it will stall everytime the a/c compressor cycles". PEPE the fail-blazer watched what others pay us on only fans for. I saw it. The theft lock light flashing. PEPE had AI the entire time.

Many probably *do* understand them, at least on a subconscious level... But they're unwilling to learn because what they would learn would be uncomfortable, questioning their beliefs. That sounds like a conspiracy theory but I think that one reason for movies not tackling important question anymore as they did before is that people should be kept dumb and not be encouraged to think further than their own existence and wellbeing.

2:15 that's a "lie" (they're exaggerating), the biggest models only have 200B parameters, but a parameter isn't like a real human synapse. A real human synapse is more like 200K parameters, and we have 80 Billion neurons each with 10K synapses. So AI will need to be 160 quintillion parameters to surpass the human raw processing power, except humans work at 2 khz, and machines work at 2 Ghz (avg), so its actually 160 quadrillion. The biggest models didn't reach 1 trillion yet, and that's for the lack of hardware. So we're probably at least 5 years from that, presuming the hardware keeps getting better, but the GPU power is already at the diminishing returns, just like CPUs are stuck for the last 10 years. So I would say that humans still have at least a decade of being the smart thing on the planet (until optronics replace electronics). (fun thing is that the machines are probably already more intelligent than the bottom 20% of the humans)
