Real estate in. SDIRA with LLC like you suggest. What if you have an extraordinary expense like a new roof and the SDiRA doesn’t have enough money and no other IRA’s to transfer IRA money from?

Great Video easy to understand. So when you become over 65 can make distribution to yourself and those funds get taxed? Are you able to set monthly distros for Cost of living expenses?

You can start taking distributions as early as 59 1/2, Whether they are taxed or not depends on if the account was Roth or Traditional! You can set your distributions to whatever you want until you hit RMD age. Hope this helps!
