omg. There is nothing like talent coming together. There was a moment there with the bassist where i was suddenly overwhelmed with emotion, which is entirely odd for me and totally unexpected, but i quickly realised it was because it's been so long since i've heard some real music and talent - i almost forgot that good music does something to you that really fills you up with good vibes, you don't have to force it, the magic is just there. I forgot i loved music ! I forgot it's magical ! I don't know what the hell has happened but it has no meaning or feeling anymore. Flat, robotic, contrived.

I wish Derrick would sound as delicious as he sounded here on the newer records. More like how Space Cowboy sounded. Warm, organic, cuddly. Not that over-compressed, in your face, toxic sound the producers think is "better". This jam really reminded me how exquisite Jamiroquai sounded before the idiotic mass-production, three-cent--piece assembly-line producers got in the mix. That minute 5 four-on-the-floor.. Why can't Jamiroquai record just like this??? Fore the love of god! We need this!!!!

The Vintage Vibe sounds great - much more defined than the various rhodes I've played over the years. The tunes reminded me of Patrice Rushen classics in places. Also shout out to the lovely bottomy snare!

Whoa! That was super sweet. Remind me of jams years ago in NY with my muted trumpet in the Village. Many jams with the likes of Roy Eyers and many others. Keep the music coming. I simply loved the jam...

The moment that struck me most is when at the end of the song you smile satisfied. This is beautiful because the listener is experiencing the same sensations and feels involved. I try to give my opinion: there are several magical moments where you feel the will to create a balance, without any of you three trying to prevail or to put yourself in the foreground. This is perceptible and enhances the music. I am learning with scales, arpeggios and exercises and unfortunately for a few hours I will have to resist the temptation to throw everything away and buy a fishing rod .... but then it will pass!
