I'm also extremely empathetic. I did cbt because I have bpd. I was an extremely sensitive person. I didn't like not having control of my emotions/thoughts/feelings and now I'm doing so much better because of therapy. I just absolutely love how genuine both of you are... my favorite answer in this video was definitely the one to the cheating question... so many people would jump and say yes they would leave but you both thought about the reality of it. It makes people who have been through that feel so much better than just hearing “oh yeah I’d leave the first time someone cheats” I seriously love both of you. I really appreciate this video. My wife and I are actually the opposite of the stereotypical couple. I am more like Abby so I feel ya, but what I am glad about in this video is you being willing to say how things make you feel.
