Cormani has a better chance going to FCS school, limited to none NIL deals. Cormani screwed up a good opportunity at CU. Cormani should’ve fully committed to the Buffs. Clearly, he doesn’t like standards because Coach Prime lives by the standard he set for his player. Look to his history of coaching, dismissed a 5-star at JSU, kick players out of gym and meeting rooms who violate standards. If Cormani wants to exceed in life, he needs to realize very quickly that he has to reform his behavior and comply with the school rules and standards.

Cormani McClain's mother failed him, his other family members failed him, his community and friends also failed him for they never held him accountable. Anyone who really loves Cormani would tell him get to hell out these streets, swallow your pride, take the L, go back to Colorado and apologize to the Coach Sanders and his coaching staff for they are what you NEED to develop you into both a man and a player for long term success. For him doing so will redeem himself as both as a young man and player. Until Cormani makes it right with Coach Sanders and the Colorado coaching staff nothing right will go his way. As a youth football coach for over 19 years I tell all my players every season love is a verb a action word. Love corrects you when you are wrong and put you back on the correct path. Anyone who claims they love you, that sees you are doing wrong and takes no action to correct you, that person(s) does not truly care or loves you. A person who have real honest truth will tell you what you NEEDS to hear not what you want to hear for those are the ones who have your best interests at heart.

@@phyllisloforti3015 One of the biggest problem I see in our communities is lack of accountability. It's always something or some one else's fault for our behavior. As a father I raised up my son by showing them what happens when you make wrong decisions. I instill in all of them including me as their father we are all the end results of decisions and must live with the results of those decisions. For Cormani like I see in our communities we are always playing victim trying to choose both the consequences. We as a people have to get out of this victim mindset. That is what I teach to my sons and my players. Nobody owes you nothing. The biggest problem I encounter with young black males like Cormani is that their mothers neuter them and turn their son into their son husbands. Young black males have severe difficult and poor mental and emotional coping skills when they have to deal with a black man who is an authority figure. For black males in our communities being under the authority and leadership of a black man is not their daily reality. Instead their coping skills is that of a female very emotional. They react to everything from an emotional perspective and deal with their problems and stress based on their emotions. They cope with stress they way they see their mothers do, do to the fact there is no father or male figure in their homes to balance them. This is what I have experienced coaching young black males in my community. Over 80% of daily practice is spent on just discipline alone. The single mother baby momma culture that is pedalstalize and celebrated in our communities have fail our communities and children especially the males.

Why is it so hard to understand what playing for clicks means. Cu has dj in the locker room, CU has the coach's son begging for content, CU has other KZfaqrs begging for content, CU has reality film crews everywhere, CU is forced to wear and promote Prime cleats, CU has rappers walking out the team, CU has no college culture, CU has no idea of tradition, etc,etc,etc... Marketing comes first then Football second, can your really envision Prime watching and studying film to prep for each game.

What does it really matter. KZfaq is all about views. Negative videos about kids is wrong. Especially when one isn't directly working with the kid. Instead let's give him positivity and reach out, everyone that is speaking negative. The impact could change his life. You don't know how he was raised or his story. He didn't drop out the sky playing football. Why aren't YOU at your same job? Did you get another job or celebrate getting blackballed in your city for a skill you have learned all your young life! Empathy over sympathy!

Cormani was told he would start and all he had to do was attend meetings, practice, class and workouts. He just couldn't be bothered to do the minimum of what is expected of every CFB player.
