@@Anna-hy4sb thank you for mentioning francine×arthur because a few episodes of the show hinted at him ending up with Francine (though I think there might have been a few episodes that show that arthur and sue Ellen were the most "compatible" when it came to social justice activism). Regarding the ships involving arthur (the character), the only thing that is confirmed is that he had a crush on his teenage babysitter.

The only prominent kid and teen characters in that show that haven't been in shipping bait are fern, prunella, arthur's educadorian neighbors, la donna, la donna's sister, prunella's sister, and arthur's classmate with a lisp.

DW would be the kind of aunt to turn Arthur’s kids against him then try framing him to CPS.
