Seems bigger that 3400 sq feet. Definitely my favorite house, but I’m not a fan of marble walls. It’s popular in luxury homes, but I’m more into a typical cottage decor than high end features. You’d need a house keeper and a gardener do this place.

Absolutely stunning house. Definetly one of my dream homes. I dont think id pay 2.4mil though, i think 2mil would still be abit on the expensive side considering you have neighbours right next to you on either side. not much land. but anyhow great video

Total costs up to date in the region of 2.5m.Additional land to the southern side included in the purchase price.Not overlooked front/rear and 50 m to r/h neighbour.

Very tasteful indeed the sealing is a work of art the bedrooms were dissapointing though for my teast (dated ) if the dice land in for my choice I would choose the South East south you presented some nice properties in the past but yeah thank you beautiful twins 😆

The ground floor area is what you could call a sympathetic restoration. But much of the upstairs bedrooms/bathrooms went a bit too modern and out of character for the property IMHO.

I would buy this house, even though it is in Warrington! It is stunning in all respects, including garden ( thinking about making that safe for children, though). I would take away the dining table from the kitchen area and replace with a couple of comfortable recliners because I would be spending a lot of time in that kitchen, ;particularly with that gorgeous fireplace. Can you imagine cosy chats in there with a roaring fire in winter?

LOVE IT! There are only 2 things I would change. Principal bathrooms should always have 2 basins. Needs to be a law. 😀 And secondly, me personally, I would never carpet in a dinning room. But wow! Beautiful

Lovely fit-out of the house. I'd reserve judgement on the property exterior. It's done to a high standard but for my own personal taste the building (for a house) looks too institutional. There again, if we all has the same tastes buildings would look a little boring.

I know where this is...think it was featured on a TV renovation show? If down south this house would be on the market for triple the price...sadly though Warrington isn't particularly desirable...beautiful house..stylish and full of character

I am from Warrington and although I don't particularly like it, its desirable on the housing market. Houses carry a premium due to connections to M6, M62 and proximity to Manchester, Liverpool and Chester. Unemployment and homelessness stats are also relatively low in comparison with competing areas.

Very nicely done but I did feel a bit claustrophobic. The rooms seem really small and I am surprised that there isn’t a proper cinema or games room for that kind of money.

Thankfully the interior is all ultra modern but ugly steel and glass! The exterior of the building is lovely and I'm just happy that the interior wasn't updated to the point of being extremely tacky with too much glass and sleek lined everything!
