Walton Manor:
Walton has a surprising history with a dwelling on the site since the Saxon times. The main part of the property dates back to the Georgian times with 15ft high ceilings. The property has undergone a full restoration by the current owners. Walton has homed many historical figures including Major General Richard Marter who was Equeery for Queen Victoria and the stable block on the grounds was built to commemorate his service to the UK during the Zulu wars and was completed in 1903.

They don't have the decency to reply to anyone in the comments as to why they don't make videos anymore or even make a video explaining everything and they only like comments that are positive and ignore everything else. I am getting tired of it.

I miss the old tours, felt much less formal and more in depth. These feel more like a sales pitch where an estate agent is desperately trying to sell you a house as opposed to showing you the beauty of them

15 acres in one of the driest, sunniest parts of England, just beautiful. Much of the interior decor isn't my personal taste but that could easily be adjusted.

During the quick run through the property I couldn't help noticing that for a 6 million pound house the first thing your visitors (and yourself) would see when using the ground floor guest bathroom was the ugly toilet waste pipe coming out the the back of the toilet - they could have swopped it with one of the toilets that was shoved in the roof with the ground floor one! I'm sure Matt and Summer could have given this house the time it deserved rather than a sprint through with helicopter harry - he was happy with the golf course which got almost as much time as the house 😂

Slow down, let’s us see the place, it’s like a whirl wind going through the motions, no time to see anything. Walk slowly, let the camera man slowly pan the room. The presenter needs to watch a few of To. And Jess presentation to get the idea, it’s about the house not the presenter

Not enjoying the Luxury Property Group(?) tours; the interior decor taste and gut reno in the properties really awful - I've switched off each time before the tour is done. Perhaps make a separate channel for these types of properties and tour style? Jas and Tom and Matt and Summer are very sweet and I enjoy their tour style. Thanks for your channel and time 💐

I don't like Damion. He rushes through the houses so fast because he cares more about showing you the town than he does the house. I want to see the house. I don't care about the town.
