The best story of these 97 Grand Final after parties, is the one where Joey basically kidnapped Daniel Johns of Silverchair to go celebrate the win. that must’ve been crazy for young Daniel lmao.

I go back to the discussion Matt and mark had about what era of rugby league was better, now or 80s-90s. And tho I agree with Matt that the quality of footy is so much better now, this story makes me now think the 80s-90s were a better era for rugby league.
