Interessante la direzione della K 338, col suo splendido finale reso con nervosa energia. In quegli anni in cui dirigeva ebbi modo di ascoltare nella mia città, a Firenze, una Sinfonia 104 di Haydn davvero rimarchevole.

I played the first movement of this with my school orchestra when I was 14. A really cherished memory. I believe there's a letter that Wolfgang wrote in which he refers to three concertos (this one and the two surrounding it, maybe) as not too difficult yet still pleasing. Got that right.

Many thanks for beautiful concerts you are uploading. However, the exact date of the Boston concert is 1985: Pollini in fact played this program on 14,15,16 March 1985

I remember it well, and for Pollini aficionados the order was K414. K338. intermission, K453.
