I am Marvin, 26 years old & a CALISTHENICS Bodyweight Athlete from Austria. In July 2014, I discovered Calisthenics & Street Workout for myself and train exclusively with my own body weight.

I recently gave up the gym due to coronavirus and some thought. For 2 months I’ve been on rings and body weight. I feel like my body responds better to the stimulus. Watching this video gives me inspiration to keep going. Fantastic results 💯

That's really great to hear that ! Before i started with calisthenics i trained i gym too, but its not the same. With Bodyweight exercises (specially on rings) you can build a full muscle & body strength. I really love this sport & i appreciate your words! 🙏🏻 Keep up your good work my brother! 💪🏻

Yes, I understand, thank you. But I was not satisfied with my shape and started like any other from zero with a maximum of 3 pullups.It was a hard way but it goes on and on & i will kepp up my hard work.

I started 3 months ago, right now I can do 7 proper pull-ups, 30 proper push-ups and L sit for 10 seconds. I've downloaded this video, I watch it almost everyday for motivation. Everyday it gets harder but I love doing it❤️ Thanks for this amazing video bro🙏 Love from India!!

With 10 pull ups you can already do muscle up. Learn the technique

Not my final goal but it's my goal for this year. The last time i tried max pull ups i did about 10. Everytime i workout at the part before i start i attempt pull ups but just quite don't have the strength yet i think. I'm not sure if it's lack of strength or technique because i feel i just can't pull high enough yet to get my chest over the bar and that transition part is where i fail to muscle up

This is really good and inspirational - I don't have to get anywhere near this level - like not within a couple orders of magnitude - to get lots of ideas and feel really great if I can do something that's about 100th or a 10th as hard. Fucking awesome. People take this as a call to play - not as something to compare yourself to.

excellent results and honesty. Aug 2019- Two months ago I started at 69 yrs old balancing on a walker from a handicap. After 2 mos, I bought the rings and pull up power tower. Here is the real test: And yesterday, I fell from a 2 step ladder and loss my balance while lifting the large travel luggage. I felt I hit my head on the cabinet and scratched my right knee felt facedown. I was lying down for 10 minutes to see if I had broken bones. There was no broken bones, but I noticed that my left arm was tensed from breaking the fall. If not for the 2 months bodyweight workout, I probably be the hospital with multiple injuries: injuries by a senior citizen from falling. Thank God for escaping major injury. tnx Ed

Haha, yes you can see it that way too! but I also like to train my legs and in principle always my whole body. For me, calisthenics is a full body workout!

This is the hard truth.. 4 years for this transformation while you see plenty of guys on instagram and youtube who say they went through a bigger transformation in like 2 years without using steroids. We all want the bodies we see on social media but we are not ready to train in a strict way for 7 or 8 years.. We want the results in 1 or 2 years.. Its hard to admit but the only way to look good in 2 years is either to use SARMS or Steroids, there is no choice

You have no idea what you can achieve in 2 years, that's a lot of time! I've been training for year and a half , and I see awesome results. Of course there are more factors in the equation such as genetics , sleep, age and nutrition

heftige transformation! Könntest du mir ein paar Tips für den front lever geben? momentan kann ich ihn mit dem schwarzen resistance band ein paar Sekunden halten. Ich mach auch jeden Tag front lever raises aber ich komm dabei nicht ganz in die waagrechte und hab des Gefühl nicht voranzukommen

Halll und vielen Dank für dein Feedback! ich hoffe du bist noch im Training und möchte dir ganz kurz ein paar Tipps mitgeben: Versuche alle Progressionen des Frontlevers durch zu trainieren. sprich starte bei dem Basics und arbeite dich rauf & durch die verschiedensten Front lever ÜBUNGEN wie tucked, advanced, straddle, skin the cat, front to back, assisted full usw... damit wirst du stärker... ich wünsche dir alles Gute💪🏻

Great video! I'm starting calisthenics after a couple of years lifting weights bc I started to get bored at the gym, this motivated me a lot! just one question, How many reps and sets per exercise did you do to achieve those gains??? Cheers from Mexico!

Hello and thank you for your feedback! When I think back, I started with the classic circle training that you can find on google (madbarz). I went through these circles 2-3 times... And if I did only certain exercises, it was usually 8-15 reps per exercise with 3 passes! However, what I want to give you on your way: Do so many reps that you can still do all the repetitions in the third round. For example you do 3x10, then you should make 10 reps on the 3rd pass. If not, go back to 3x8. All the best, greetings from Austria.
