Everyone in the line of sight of the person who starts Bullet Time is slowed down. And anyone who looks at someone affected by bullet time is also slowed down. But only the person who initiated it will get a faster firing speed.

This is easily one of the greatest action games ever.

I feel dumb but I still don't really fully understand how they pull off bullet time i get most of it but say im in BT and someone sees me but i cant see them what then. Wouldnt i look slow idk sry im a dumb dumb ha also didnt fear do this years before?? I was amazed by that

This is the first Max Payne to not be made by remedy an was also written by Dan Houser not Sam Lake the original writer - i think this is the first Max Payne game to be made by RockStar exclusively - I think its going to be pretty good

i think the reason behind that is that MP1 and 2 were made by Remedy and R* made the console ports and bought the Max Payne IPR after the success of MP1 on PC

i fuckin am everyday keeps going slower towards the release date im so fuckin pumped up

it's not America only all the time, it's North America usually, which includes Canada & Mexico. the reason why is because most of the leading developers or producers are established in NA hence they release the titles in home country first then they move on to foreign markets in a week or so.

Rockstar delivers all the time so I'm stoked and can't wait for max to bring on the Payne!!!!!!!!

In the US, games come out on Tuesdays, most other territories games release on Fridays, usually thats the only reason, other times it's because they have to spend time localizing it into other languages etc....

I think the main reason games are normally released in the us a few days before the rest of the world is simply that the day of the week games are released(Tuesday) comes before the day of the week games are released in the rest of the world (Thursday or Friday)

I was infatuated with Max Payne when there was no other video game like it. My friends are excited for Max Payne 3 but after games like Vanquish I can't help but fear being underwhelmed.

Max Payne3 is going to be like a modern red dead redemption, and don't say GTAV is better because you haven't played it and ALL rockstar games are good. Even if this is the appetizer it's still delicious!

Looks sick as shit. Red Dead's multiplayer was great but I hated the instant deaths via auto target BS where you could basically headshot anyone with a press of a button and flicking your thumb. But I guess it made the cover all the more useful.

Actually, Max Payne 3 is developed by Rockstar Vancouver, and GTAV is Rockstar North. So it's actually just the same publisher, so it's like comparing 'Dishonored' and 'The Elder Scrolls online' .. Dick Heads:The New Generation.

i think its fair that the game comes out in NORTH AMERICA too. not because i live there. because like other people said, most of the company is here. its not every single persons fault that lives here you have to wait a few extra days to play the same game! i wish everyone could get it on the same day but no. its not gonna happen so just shut up about it and be grateful you even get to play the game

I think he referred to the FPS as a side note because he knows how popular they are and a lot of ppl from FPS game will be coming to play this game however if you look at 3:58 he states it is a TPS and he contrasts it against the popular FPS market that the game industry has seen for the past 5years or more. I think he is purposely saying that FPS players will like this too tbh - i think he knows the difference xD
