Fun Fact: Rose nostalgia costume is a reference to Capcom Fighting evolution(yes,that awful Capcom all star game),This is what she would turn into when hit by Demitri Midnight Bliss super. I would never thought capcom would aknowledge that game. XD

@@MJSHappy It almost certainly will. that is what happens with every SF game. they play it conservative at first because the devs have no way of knowing how the games unique mechanics will play out. its only when they get a few years into the game that they feel comfortable adding in the crazy stuff. I know it sounds disappointing but its the right strategy. think about how hard it would be to balance some of these recent characters when you haven't even figured out basic stuff like how good V-triggers should be.

I love how Max helps to put things into perspective. For him, Rose is not a highly technical or a veteran-oriented character, but an example of how a SFV character should have been from the start.

I really like the hint of randomness in Rose's gameplay. She seems like a very technical character to play as, and forces the player to adjust their own play style on the fly.

@@drstephenstrange897 iirc, Bison was training under Psycho Power, but to truly master it, he'd have to erase the good from his body. He didn't hesitate in doing it, and killed his mentor and strived to master Psycho Power. In traditional anime sense, the light that was inside Bison wandered around until it gained a physical form. This form was Rose, and she had Soul Power, which is like the good guy version of Psycho Power.

I feel like now that Ono is out, and both Dan and Rose are really cool and interesting characters with incredibly diverse and interesting movesets, we have to ask ourselves a very important question: is Capgod back? Obviously they’ve been back with RE and DMC and a lot of their other titles that had rough patches in the late 00’s-early 10’s, but their fighting game department has been consistently lacking for a long time. Is Capgod finally complete? Are they finally back to full strength?

Man not only does she look really good, her animations are so good that they're able to convey even her almost sassy mannerisms. Just giving a character these many tools allows players the opportunity to say "I'll play this character because of this-and-that as opposed to ingraining certain traits onto them and basically telling players that this is how you're supposed to be playing them.

I do hope the last character is some sort of guest character, either from a third party, or a different Capcom game, what if its Terry and then they show that they are making a SNK vs Capcom game or a port to modern consoles

The beta had some really neat and wild looking things the character could do, hell so did some of the prerelease footage. They clearly were told to go a more restrained direction by final product and now through the DLCs in recent they're going back to that nuttyness.
