I'm surprised you didn't use the Adam Savage super glue hack of adding Corn Flour or Baking Soda as a reinforcing agent. It's incredibly strong for small wooden joints 👍

Nice work , I remember making multi wii and aurdino based drone last year. I had similar issue to resetting Multi wii on max throttle . I knew it was due to emi but didnt get the tangible solution.
