It’s interesting to note that Bill never loses his fat stomach during the training.

Yeah it's a fairly realistic look for people who were fat but hop on roids and get huge as they can - they keep that thing around. The other boys were teenage athletes converted to body builders.

wtf bro that technique of turning bro's against each other wouldn't work today bro's are more united then ever it would be like "hey your traps are weak" the slight bit depression kicks in and your like"yh, I know so how do I get them bigger?" then your bro takes you on a step by step scientific breakdown on how to grow bigger traps with youtube tutorials a 6 week meal plan and a training regime so complicated you might have to quit your job just to understand the math behind how it works bros have evolved I almost had to become a chef to try and get protein on a vegan diet I didn't even know about spices and steam cooking and leaving your lentils over night to soak before you can cook them chicken you just throw in the oven, pre seasoned but it's for the bros and the animals for the bros

"I don't know, his traps look bigger than yours." "That's because he is in a bulking phase right now, so he has a lot more fat to help make them look a lot bigger. I'm actually almost done with my cutting phase, so this is all muscle (and is why they aren't as big as they are in some photos). In fact, the workouts that we do for traps are actually largely the same as we alternate different exercises."
