cant wait till this come out in colors.. i love my purple V300 accurate....i will get this... what rod specs do you recommend for a 300 size tern2 that will be using irons for yellow tail and maybe troll with it also .. kinda want a sweet spot to use it for both now that this tern2 has better casting now

I have a 500 tern 2. What lb test do u think is bezt to run on this reel. I think it’ll make a great 40lb live bait setup with 65lb braid backer?

I think the 500N is perfect for 50lb getting 325 yds or so. It would also be great with 40lb if you want more yardage.

How bout a video on HOW to adjust and dial in the reel, I already know what it's made out of, that's why I bought it. @accuratefishing

We already have videos out on how to adjust the cast control weights. Check out our channel for them. As for basic usage these are very simple star drag reels, lever engages/disengages the freespool and your star clockwise adds drag and counterclockwise will lessen the drag.

Completely different beast. OG Tern can not be upgraded to a Tern2.

@@AccurateFishingReels dang, too bad. It would have been cool. There is a guy on Facebook said he can mag it but trusting random on the internet isn't exactly something I'm 100% comfortable with. I guess I'll just pick up some new reels... it's not like thats a bad thing either. ;)
