I was caught driving thru to red lights in Al Khobar , Saudi Arabia and sentenced to an outside prison compound. There they don’t feed you. The inmates depended on their friends and family to deliver food through a barred gate in the wall. Realizing I was one of the extremely few white Americans there and was a good goalie for their prison soccer team they kept me fed wonderfully sharing their meals with me. Rice & chicken, rice & goat, Pepsi Cola everyday for 21 days. The Arabs hated to see me go because I was their best goalie.

Ayo it humbled me to hear you thank the Lord for your meal. Put some perspective in my situation. I got everything I want, Lord blessed me with everything, and I been forgetting how blessed i am to eat whatever i want whenever i want, and it showed me I need to be thankful, and not take it for granted. 😢 I respect you a lot man. Thanks for that. I needed that humility.

I'm a 6 time ex convict here in Texas but in all my times going to prison I ain't never seen such sad weak trays. Last time I got out was in 2013, I been sober since 2015. They were still feeding good plus I always busted 60 dollar commissary my locker always full plus my art hustle. Now I grocery shop all I want plus eat pizza, burgers, tacos, Chinese t bone steak etc. Thanks to Jesus Christ I'm done with that life. Keep praying man GOD BLESS

0:45 I gotta be honest, I was in before and I coulda used that bread any day of the week. That is the sweet-corn bread too. It’s actually good in NY but looks literally the exact same as yours, same texture and breaks up quick. If anything keep it, break it up a bit so it dries out and use the dry bread pieces as topping for the plain gross pudding they love giving every meal.
