Excellent comparison. Danke. This is exactly what I needed to decide between the 2 pouches. The Maxpedition website only shows the exterior of the pouches and your load out demonstrates their capacities very well. Maxpedition products always seem much larger on the website than in person.

I noticed you haven't made a review in nearly a year. I hope you'll return someday and do many more reviews on Maxpedition products. Not only are you very through (you sold me on the Spartan wallet) but your voice is very relaxing and triggering for ASMR.

Great reviews! I usually skip reviews that aren't geared toward camping style users, but I like your reviews for a number of reasons. 1. I can understand you - both because your volume is steady throughout the video, and because your English is very good. 2. Your videos are focused on the product and you don't wander off and start rambling. 3. Even though you seem to use black items, the lighting is very good and the focus is up close on the items with a good contrast from the background.

Awesome side-by-side review/comparison, Stefan! I own the M-1, and while it was VERY useful for my work purposes, I just didn't want to use it as my EDC pouch. I think I will end up purchasing the M-2 as its smaller and less cumbersome to wear on my waist! Thanks for helping me with my decision!

The M-2 is my main EDC gear carrier - it's excellent as far as i'm concerned - carries a lot for such an unobtrusive pack. Very good review as always - TVC nominations are well deserved.

Great review!. I had a question though. I was wondering if the M-2 is small enough to be able to attach onto a ka-bar USMC hard sheath and/or a ka-bar BK 11 hard sheath, if not does Maxpedition have any similar pouches of a smaller variety.

hello. I see your binoculars fit very well in the m1. do they fit in the m2 by chance ????

In either of them can you put a glasses case in them?

Just bought an M1 to use as a forest EDC, a way to carry those things you want with you while just walking about (candy, tobacco, matches, compass, map, mushroom book, light, camera, band-aids etc). Unfortunately I had to buy the Foilage Digicam - straight foilage is unavailable in my country and the OD version looks in my opinion very cheap with the large black buckles. So far I only have one problem - the metallic clink of the front zipper. Why not 550 cord?!
