At the end of the day, it’s still gonna cost him a good chunk of money, probably $400-600. Context: I used to run a business(profitable). Tax write offs don’t work the way most people think. I’ve found they just hear the phrase and think it means it negates the purchase. Not saying this is necessarily you but I have run into many incorrect understandings before from internet people.

“By feeling” is not just randomly pouring it in and pray for the best, you taste the food mid cook and add what you need to until to your own liking. Thats the Asian way of “By feeling”. And when you hit that sweet spot the best for you,family,friends and customer is when u dont need to taste and just know the amount u add. It makes it look like you are just winging it, but it doesent start that way

@@oneblacksun And that being "special" non stick pan, that your ok to use metal utensil with, something that even Uncle Roger has mentioned in his reaction video to Gordon's stir fry he talked about why he isnt calling out the fact that Gordon used metal utensil on his non stick pan. You can tell its that by the hexagon pattern on it, so Max is totally fine using metal utensil in it, as that is what that pan was designed for to be non stick but allow metal utensil
