my granpa once told me how the word bloya/broya came about...The horizon is called bl)n in GA language, Where the sea and the clouds meet.. our ancient father ( Larkotey aduawushie) saw the whites coming from the horizon with their ships having merry making playing loud knockout on the ships... so when he saw that he said w) bl)n ya. Today corrupted as bloya / broya. which means there is merry making on the horizon. Which the whites were celebrating the MAS For their war goddess on the sea.

The man did not say he believe in what he is telling you. He is telling you history as has been recorded or handed over to us by our forefathers. It has nothing to do with the man's personal beliefs
