Remarkably Bright Creatures was one of my most favorite books of 2022. I was so puzzled by the octopus but so happy I continued to read. Loved it!!

I am so happy to hear I am not the only one that spends 2hrs looking for something to watch. Or finding something and then turning it off. I didn’t realize, but you’re spot on about tv. Will be reading the wedding. I did not realize it was about the kids.

I recently read “James” which is a reimagining of Huckleberry Finn from Jim’s (the slave) perspective. Soooo good but a lot.

Yes! Read,”The Wedding.” I thought between the two books it was so much better than the Notebook book. And I definitely thought that the Notebook movie was so much better! All of his books turned into movies are done so well

I have been reading a lot of fantasy books, but I did read the new Ruth Ware, One Perfect Couple, I enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed Mother May I by Joshilyn Jackson. There's some deep topics in it but I thought it was done very well. I bought the EC book journal last year and love it. I like thinking about a book after I read it and then I can go back and read my review if someone asks me about it. I think it's done very well.

I recently read Crow Mary about an Indian woman out of Canada. The story is factual and has some fictional points too. It is very interesting and not something I'd normally pick up. When you are reading and not watching TV, are you reading in your room, or do you read in the living room? I struggle to focus if I'm in the living room. But I also don't have interest in WWE that all the boys I live with love to watch. LOL
