Good evening Jeff! My husband knows a little bit about motor circuits, so he took a look at the motor and the circuit board, apparently the motor control circuit board was the problem... He re soldered the board and put it back into my Neptune mah3000aww, and it's working as it should again. Drum turns, spins and no more growling. You were right. Thank you. :)

Hey i tried everything you say and checked everything.., but its still not ramping up...

+Brats Asylum Hello, the last thing you can verify is if the micro switch (spin enable) switch closure on the right side of door latch is in fact getting to the machine control board connector with an ohmmeter. If you verify the micro switch closure then it sounds like the machine control board has an internal issue and will need to be replaced since it will not ramp up.
