Thanks for the great video on how to do this. On a side note as you can see here, Mazda 5's are a pain to fix anything on. Every part I had to change on this car required removing a dozen other unrelated parts. As well part prices that are thru the roof! Love the car for its convenience, cargo and seating, but maintaining it is just too expensive. I'm just wondering what the car designers were thinking when they put this car together.

Thanks for this effort, I want to tap into my rear speaker leads to install a subwoofer and I believe I see them in your video, I may be able to go via the jack access panel, I hope it's similar on the other side.

Hey Clark, yes this was easy...for Superman! I saw your t-shirt in the reflection. Not a job for mere mortals, though. Did you see how hard Mr. Kent had to pull on some of those panels? An average human could not have done this!

To change the rear speakers I removed the 2 bolts and 1 screw , separated the top trim pieces , pulled trim with speaker access out.- 1/4" drive ratchet - Boom ! Done....
