Do I have to disconnect the battery when I disconnect the cable plugs from each other? I have a Mazda 3 BM 2015 with i stop So the cable plugs from the car door

You should have used the ambient light strip rather than this optic fibre strip that could have looks far better than this but good job in installing 👍🏻
