Today we continue working on the MX-5! Today we replace the old head unit with a brand new Pioneer Multimedia double-din head unit with Apple Car Play!

The Head Unit we used in this video is the Pioneer AVH-Z2150BT.

i'm so glad i came across your video. I have the 2002 nb miata and i'm thinking of getting the AVH-1550NEX version, assuming it'll fit after checking out your head unit.

It should fit much more nicely than mine did. My console had been destroyed by the previous owner.

Did u need to use a bracket or where you able to fit it in without any bracket

Did yours come with the factory Bose system? I got an 01 and gotta fix my head unit
