I'm making a knitted lace work long cowl scarf with a bobble border on both side edges. I was thinking there has to be a quicker way than knitting these bobbles. Voila! Thank you for your clear and concise tutorial!

Thanks for the clear explanation. I am working on a Japanese pattern, and needed a visual on the bobble with a crochet. It looks a lot quicker than the one with needles.
