Apne dhyan se suna yeh Banda jis candidate ke bare mein bol raha hai jo iske pass final round of interview mein aya who MBA tha, socho agar woh MBA nahi hota sirf graduate hota toh final chodo usee interview ke liye bhi nahi bulate. Aise videos entertainment ke liye dekho aur apni zindagi ke goal set karke mehnat karo.

MBA is relevant for those who don't get opportunity after completing Graduation , and MBA adds value to their skills and overall personality which most UG colleges lag except IIT's and DU top 5 , so MBA is relevant but the point is Giving 25 lakhs for MBA is not valid which is a problem in india and goverment cutting short funds for MBA IIM colleges which forces them to increase this 25 lakh number further more , so why don't you ask from government that they should build more FMS and TISS , and increase fundings of IIMs and other MBA colleges so that they can decrease the fees , AC m beth kr crores kamane ke bad MBA ko irrelevant bolna asan h but see from the prospective of those middle class people's in india jinke liye MBA is last hope .

Indian study system is 70% Waste, practical it's not usefull. MBBS is ok, it's usefull ITI is ok is usefull CA , MCA which is practical work involved Some studies , practical no use 1-10 is ok The +2 +3 This 5 yrs ,govt should make 3 yrs 15 years study 13 yrs hoga The professional course 2 or 3 years

But I really felt I learnt the basics of programming from my BE only.. no matter how much you crap a normal degree it is always good to finish formal education so BE and if possible with MS is good .. whoever did MS have got good knowledge on DS and also got good experience on executing projects, so nothing is waste .. maybe paying 40-50lakhs might be .. but if you are doing MS or MBA outside India you will get good package there so again worth it.. many big companies in India today ask for graduation or post graduation, please don’t be fooled by such josh videos and complete formal education

He is partially true but not 100% correct. The headstart you get in your career from passing out of the top MBA colleges in India is insane. You will build high quality connections there. The scope of the opportunities is huge.

My son passed CAT with 99.81 pr & he didn’t join MBA passed all3 CFA level in 1st attempt and trying hard to getting job since 1 yr no company shortlist him he did all finance courses ab woh Har gaya and will give CAT again can you give him a job? So don’t share such videos all companies looking for tags no companies search skill and not even a call for interviews this is fact pl don’t do this

हाँ। बिज़नेस में सबसे ज्यादा importance cash flow होती है। मगर किसी भी MBA कॉलेज में इस पे मुश्किल से १-२ घंटे भी नहीं पढ़ाते है। MBA is a must if you want to get a job. But not if you want to know how to run business. MBA education: 1% useful, 9% useless, 90% HARMFUL

But if someone is from plain background what he she should do tell us agar uske pass padae ka hee option risk taking capacity uski nahi hai to kya karega. Ranveer bhai boht khrab video hai, you have no Idea ki achhi jagah se MBA karne ke liye kitne Papad Belne padte hai, CAT then group discussion then personal interviews. MBA acchi jagah se karne ke liye hi aapmein boht zayada dum hona chahiye. Phir MBA karne mein bhi boht mehnat karni padti hai. Itna kuch aasani se nhi hota boht saare sacrifices aur mehnat karni padti hai utni hi jitni ki kisi business ya yt channel ko chalane mein lagti hai. Tabhi jaakar candidate ki itni value banti hai. Maybe the candidate couldn’t express himself properly but if he had gone through all those phases, he deserves what is he is asking for. Aur jo log MBA entrance ki tayari krr rhe hai, mann lagakrr krro, you are on the right path. MBA is not a SCAM. But choose your B-School wisely.

To make a big business u have to read d books of mba .not only to gain d knowledge but to see if u r overlooking something.no entrepreneur need d degree but everybody should appoint d guy who has done MBA, so why they can make d communication small.I hv read some of its books & realised dt a 400 pages book has only 15 important pages to read . That 15 matters. As an employer u must know which collage is better ,what dy read ,or which culture dy came from to give job to right person.a business maker doesn't go for d degree due to lack of time & if needed he will finish all d books at toilet or car. This guy thinks he is better than whole of d worlds collages & companies. BTech is also very important.if u didn't get job ,then u can study for a year & get job after b tech. In india parents r backdated & fool ,so collages r d only hope . This guy is not for better businesses, he has d maturity of a thelawala. In india go for degree if u want job. Never try it at home cos there is no environment of competition & dt specific culture. When u feel bore by some chapter u will quit slowly ,but in college u will get d force to move forward.

Ase advice di hai ki demand supply kuch pata hi nahe hai. India mai jobs kaam hai aur log jyada. Jitani kaam salary doge utana profit kamayenge yeh CxO type log. Kiki company hoti hai uske pass shares hote hai stocks hote hai. Jitne company successful utana paisa banaye yeh log. But 9-6 job wale ko shares nae milte. Usko salary milti hai limited. Aur mental health or physical break or break from work clearly and I mean clearly equates to good mental well being or healthy mind, body, soul for people who do 9-6 jobs. Check out some good books, talk to therapist, doctors. Kutte ke jase kaam karna aur apane health, family ko time nahe de pana is not for everybody. Aur jab job market bolte hoto toh market rate hota hai, so insan ka market rate bhi hota hai. Companies- TCS, Infosys sari companies per head per person per hour ke paise charge karti hai US ki company se. Jo jaab sahi lage dil mai woh bakwas karra hai yeh admi.

Let me point out one more instance in this podcast where this same guy is praising elite institutions (IIT’s), for the same reasons he is criticising MBA institutions.. boss there are as many engineering colleges as MBA Colleges.. if not more. And if that view holds true then this is straight up hypocrisy. I can give him a good number of reasons why one should do an MBA from a prestigious institute of course. I know a person, who did his engineering form a well know Tier 2 college.. then after a year of working decided to do an MBA, he got into one of the top institutes of this country.. and at the age of 35 is the Director of Technology IB at a Big 4 firm. I don’t think there are many 35yr olds that can achieve this feat without being in an environment where firstly opportunities come to you, secondly you are surrounded by the country’s best and brightest minds (debatable), lastly once you pass out you have that reputation and respect under your belt.
