All doubts solved in just 7 mins with all myths, facts. Ranveer bhai knows about the topic so the quality of Questions were great. I think if a expert person talks to an intermediate person the conservation's quality becomes next level.

She is apparently the "expert" and she is saying peanuts are nuts. Like really??? Peanuts are legumes/pulses. And no mention of quinoa, soya, tofu, tempeh, edamame or other vegan sources of protein. So irresponsible to spread such incomplete information.

Veg can also eat Amaranth and Quinoa as excellent sources of proteins! Dal and Rice together complete the amino acid chain so there's lot of choice.

Per 100 gm Quinoa has just 8-9 gm of protein as compared to 14-15 gm for Amaranth. However looking at protein profile by itself is incorrect. We need to consider it's Bioavailability, for which we have DIAAS and PDCAAS score. In order to consume your daily requirement of proteins you'll have to consume a significant quantity of Quinoa. So if you're a strict vegetarian then whey protein, paneer, tempeh, tofu, cheese, curd are your best sources of proteins.

@@chiragsharmaKZfaq True. I have nothing against vegetarians. 80% of my family members are vegetarian. If it's by choice then by all means do it. But if it's delusion then it needs to be catered with right knowledge. Unfortunately it's like telling them the sky is not blue. From a psychological stand point it'll make them question everything they believe in and instantly go into an alert/fight mode. Takes time to truly understand. Or until your health calls for it.

Remember paneer especially so called malai paneer is full saturated fat and very dangerous. Don't take branded frozen paneer like Amul etc. Take fresh paneer which has less fat more protein

​@@aashimtaggar1800 there are thousands of studies that prove contradictory points. Anyone can literally cherry pick any study to prove their point. However, government agencies like WHO, ICMR, American heart associations etc. look at variety of researches before giving recommendations. These organisations have a group of hundreds of qualified doctors, researchers, scientists and specialists. Current WHO recommendation is not to eat saturated fat more than 20 grams per day. Also not to exceed dietary cholesterol more than 300 mg.

Every 3 years theres a new trend of diets everywhere & now its protien based sources & most of these dieticians follow datas standards which ironically keeps changing every single year diet fads .... first place not all can offord paneer everyday & how many who afford real pure unadultrated paneer & how many even ufvthey do hv time to make at home even if paneer is made at home how can u gaurentee standards of paneer made fm milk .... diet industry has been now more confusing complex than making simple .

Eat whole foods.. Just like those animals. And be physically active. no ultra processed foods.. don't be so obsessed with protein.. everything will be fine. These days, protein is a buzzword because we are shying away from traditional wholesome food. Remember what food our forefathers ate for 1000s of years.. they were all fine.

Heard entire podcast in Spotify. You are promoting a dietitian who is not scientific and lost touch with the latest developments. So many mistakes. Chees doesn't have protein Lactose intolerance is a severe version of lactose sensitivity not the other way round like she thinks Milk products have high unsaturated fat.. So it will turn into cholesterol. Just because it didn't for Suman,t doesn't mean it won't for others.. Go by what's on the good not just how your body reacts Ut takes 7- 8 hours to digest grains.. not 4 hours Okinawa folks ate almost no meat.. Thats why its a bluezone... not just because of under eating Milk protein is directly linked to breast cancer. Read up and stop promoting it. Meat is not a class 1 protein.. out dated science.. Lentils are a better source when mixed with grains.. All ancient civilizations and bluezones thrive on beans and rice peanut isn't a nut..its a legume. @@tanmaydas5757 The only good cholesterol our body needs is made by itself. If its coming from an outside source, it is always the bad cholesterol. Transfat and animal fat is never good for the human body. Carbohydrates turn into fat if you do not burn them or stay active. More fat in your body simply invites more problems. We have all been brainwashed about our nutrition choices, I also spent a lot of time figuring this out. Suggest you to do the same and read up more so you can come to your own conclusions

For Vegetarians: (1) For normal health - Normal food with Good amount of pulse and milk. (2) If Gym: Add whey protein in Normal diet. Additionally you can add food which contains Vitamin B12 & D, Calcium (because veg people has deficiency of B12, D and calcium)
