I would like to make positive thoughts my being by using positive affirmations wont it work but as you said everytime iam thinking a negative thought iam not beleiving those positive affirmations so how can i be positive always will life go by always reframing negatives wont the number of negative thoughts decrease?

The more often you reframe negative thoughts, the more you start to believe more positive ways of looking at things, which leads to a decrease in negative thoughts

Hey The problem I have is I start overthinking and start feeling anxious for example I start getting nervous about my job. But once that overthinking subsides my anxiety just feels stuck like for the rest of of the day even if I’m not overthinking can you pls help me thank you!

Please guide me how to change my thought. During sex i get thought that i may loose erection and than i het anxiety and it actually happens. How can i disput this thought when it actually happens.

The best thing you can do is tell yourself it's just a thought, you don't have to pay attention to it or do anything about it, and then focus your attention back on having sex kzfaq.info/get/bejne/edaUibCknZeccXk.html
