Real talk, I’m so glad you guys haven’t given up on this series. I know Justin had kind of lost his passion for monster factory but it’s like my favourite series and it’s wonderful to see it back.

“Boiled Prawn” being a possible keepsake makes it seem reminiscent of the messed-up translated version of Dark Souls but no it’s just a legitimate part of the game apparently and that’s beautiful

I use Monster Factory to get to sleep almost every night, I must have seen every ep at least 20 times. I totally understand why there aren't regular eps and had even come to terms that there may never had been another new ep ever again. I say this not to pressure for more content, just to show my deep appreciation for this series and to make it clear that I'm not overstating when I say this is Christmas to me.

man, can I just say, this particular Who seems like he'd be really practical in the kitchen. His chin is essentially a rice spatula. When he was a kid you know he went around scooping out people's rice for them, and that made him one of the most popular Whos in Whoville.

I was watching someone start Tiny Tina the other day and thought of y'all, you could make a truly wretched creature out of that CC system. There's even a "slider overdrive" or some such setting that puts the sliders past their normal limits, it was truly MADE for you!! Super glad to see this series back, much love

I find it interesting that the Grinch Hunter is hairy and green, like the Grinch himself. Thematically it reminds me of Bloodborne, where the hunters must encourage the beasthood within themselves in order to do battle with the beasts, so too must the Grinch Hunter walk the line between Who and Grinch.

There’s something poetic about the fact that the Grinch-Hunter started out as Griffin’s approximation of himself in the Elden Ring character creation system. Has the same energy as Griffin playing a more smooth and athletic version of his child-self in Ballad of Bigfoot.

This is the hardest I’ve ever laughed at McElroy content, and I’ve enjoyed almost everything y’all have made - Justin’s infectious laughter and Griffin’s choice of angles is such a powerful combination!

This series is what got me interested in mbmbam, it’s been years and these brothers have been an influence to me for better and worse. I’m so glad to see it make a return :)

The thing I love about this guy at the ~10:15 timestamp is that he looks like if you tried to realistically render an anime character. BIG eyes, tiny nonsensical triangle nose.
