I'm quite allergic to hot peppers so I do make a heat-free version, I call it 'Windchime Chili' because there's no alarms. But it's not bland, it's packed with other spices. Great with a dollop of sour cream. I'd propose the oppose of chili is Raita (Indian yogurt and cucumber dip kind of stuff.)

Here’s some advertisements from the 1960’s showing about about Hot Dr. Pepper. However, it was short lived. But you still don’t believe me? You think this is a joke? Just go to the facts and questions article on the Dr. Pepper website. Anyway, I’m going to teach you how to make it. All you need is a Dr. Pepper; a can or bottle will be fine. And just proceed to open it, but DONT blow it up like I did. Cuz’ you know, Bad Dr. Pepper right there. Anyway, you want to heat up a pan, or anything, and just pour a little Dr. Pepper in there, as much as you want. Alright, and as soon as we did that, we’re gonna take a lemon and a knife and make a small slice, and then put it into the glass that you’re gonna puor the hot Dr. pepper in. When the Dr. Pepper starts sizzling or steaming up… That’s it. Just take it off, and pour it in your glass. And if you’re using a glass glass glass made of glass like I am, put it very slowly. Like, wait five seconds between each… Each spill, so it doesn’t melt, cus you know, when glass melts… Glass… yeah. Also if you try this at home, and your lemon makes a popping bubble, comment or like, heh, cuz you know, thumbs up for that. I made hot Dr. Pepper after reading this comment about 9 months ago. I'm not sure what I was expecting. I imagined almost like a hot sweet tea. It's a very different flavor. It was sweet still. The carbonation may have been present but it's greatly diminished through the cooking process which I think enhanced a lot of the less desirable flavors in the Dr. Pepper. A stick of cinnamon and some thinly sliced lemon do elevate the flavor. It might be worthwhile to make at an autumn or winter party as a hot beverage, certainly still has some novelty to it. I don't think it was bad but I'm also not eager to try it again so maybe that wasn't a ringing endorsement.

Kelvin only goes down to 0, which is absolute zero. However, it's possible to reach negative kelvin temperatures which are actually the hottest temperatures in the universe. Possibly hotter than anything that occurs naturally. So, Negative Kelvin Mint Chili. The hottest possible anti Chili.

We'd get them on rare occasion, and I tell you, chugging that can had multiple benefits: you get the sugar rush, the desperately-needed hydration, AND you lighten your load. A single can of pop weighs the same as a dozen or more candies, so getting rid of the can was all about resource management.
