Actually Karachi is part of Sindh since it's birth. Nowadays Karachi is capital city of Sindh like a Mumbai is to Maharashtra. You should start a series in which you react major cities of sindh lika Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Nawabshah, MirpurKhas and there is a wonderful place in Thar deset called Karonjhar Mountains. And 4 largest cities of Sindh are Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana respectively.

Sindhi Biryani; it's a distinctive taste veg dish. Rabbri from Hyderabad, Sind is mind-blowing, best I have had. And of course, The Bombay Bakery's sponge cake with a swirl of coffee icing is my fav cake. Their plain cakes with almond bits on top rock too. Plus, Palla-fish kerhai and the clay pot Kerhai, which is buried in sand with burning coals, has a beautiful distinctive smoky-earthy flavour.
