I could see Altergeist also rising to prominence after the banlist, especially with some of their problem cards (Red Reboot and Prankatops) are now culled. Generaider too once they get their newest support cards in the next set, as that deck is scarily competent, powerful, and consistent with Loptr, Utgard, and Hoarr backing up their amazing Field Spell and Calamities plays.

And that darks could fall out zombies even have their super poly target in dragnecro nethersoul dragon. Then theres the rivalry lock. Yet I've heard no one talk about it. Also they could get an even bigger boost in the newest 3 strategy set

I have been hearing this logic a lot today, that you can't hit the top 4 decks and leave the 5th alone but that obviously falls apart because there will always be a next best deck that does not get hit. And it's looking like that next best deck is spryal, altergeist or subterror. It sucks cause pendulums weren't truly tier 1 but konami basically hit them for good measure.

Avarice makes marincess slightly better because it gives them a card to support the grind game. Normally if you can bring them into a long grind game they run out of resources super quickly

@ignister code talker is very consistent and between it and Madolche are the two best going 2nd decks in the game after ETCO. But now I'm worried about @ignisters being super expensive if they do well off the bat in Ignition Assault. I'm really sad about Ib though, she's one of my favourite cards in the game even though she's broken.

Joseph, I think there's an important point here: Mind Control is probably more powerful than you let on. In link format, the card almost has 0 downsides with the need for something to attack is simply a rare bonus. It's essentially Change of Heart, but doesn't get as much attention because it's not a classic anime card, but the card is insanely OP.
