【MBTA】Silver Line 5 Front View - Time Lapsed POV between Dudley and Downtown Crossing In Snow

This is the time-lapsed video of the front view of a Silver Line 5 Bus in the snow. The routine is from Dudley to Downtown Crossing and then back to Dudley. I recorded Boston City in the snow.

As a person who drove the SL5 in MBTA ROBLOX, I can see that the game devs did very good with accuracy on this route

Even though I've had to go out of my way to Melnea Cass BLVD to drop off my donations to the Goodwill delivery truck, hey at least I got my walking exercise & got to know the above area better. Beth Budner, Auburndale.

Nice one man! The seat layout of the buses in Vancouver does not create an ideal condition for filming towards the front...

Why does the silver line look like the normal buses

The driver that day told me that they changed the silver line buses to shorter cars to prevent them sliding in snow

The diesel articulated buses are really bad in the snow because they're rear wheel drive, so they just push the middle section sideways when there's no traction. Sometimes in a pinch you'll even see the dual mode SL1/2/3 buses running on the SL4/5 in the snow because they have electric motors on both rear axles, so they handle well.

It was still called Dudley back in the first part of 2019.
