CoA has reignited my WoW passion. And it is so cool seeing you put out content, with the Project Ascension team! I can't remember how I originally came across your videos, but it was one of your first videos on the CoA Alpha, Monk class, wayyyy before it got renamed ahahaha. Keep up the shit my guy!

@@michajc8410 Right now the game is not free to play, the reason for that is because we're in Alpha still, it's not full released yet.

@michajc8410 It isn't yet. But the main server is free to play, and if you farm gold on the main server, you can buy donation points with in game gold, and unlock the CoA server that way.

Geomancy needed the Naruto shout out to Garaa and have a sand coffin execution style spell lol. Another great theme and flavored class. Dude blizzard should just hire you man this is like pro level items. This is some better flavor and cooking then retail even gets. Well done.

...so much I want to play in this Class... Wildwalker: I love me a Support-DPS that isn't just a healer Mountain King: I love parry PvP builds, AND IT DUEL WEILDS!!! You know I'm going to be messing people up as I cap the flag with this build Life: This is exactly the kind of healer I've always wanted that plays how I've always wanted. This class is just STACKED with things that scream *ME* as a player!!!

I love the primalist combined class concepts from warcraft media that seem different but oddly work well together. Like looking at mountain King in warcraft 3 I don't instantly think rexar is a similar fantasy but they mixed together great. Because the primalist is very down to earth pun forced. So it is very much of the land but that also includes connection to animals. Their heals is very spirit (in magic) base where literally is giving life through animals and your own spirit is a nice way to be a melee healer and feel like the fantasy of fighting on the battlefield and your battle crys helping your fellow warriors. The class has things from shaman, survival hunter, some druid, and warrior which is a interesting mix. Am really glad it all meshed together

Most likely uses plate because mail and leather are both agility, and primalist is strength based

Geode barrage should become channeled when choosing geomancy. The long cast time is brutal in pvp. The 15sec rolling rock thing should be replaced with something similar to the veno burrow. Visually would be nicer. Just some thoughts.

Really would like to see a druid tbc like healing class with lifebloom ish spell that just heal with dots instead of direct heal.

The one thing I can see from this is that the damage based healer specs still need to do some damage. If they aren't doing any damage then there isn't a point to have them doing the small amount they are doing. If DPS are doing lets say 10k, then these healers that heal by way of damage should be doing around a tank, or maybe slightly less than a tank. So if a tank does 3k, maybe put these healers around 2-3k? If they are only doing lets say 1k or less, What's the point of them doing any damage?

i miss the earth elemental as a tank stance personaly, so fun . maybe the 22th class will be an elementalist that can have an elemental shapeshifting stance for every spec, i can dream at least ..... ;( Good changes on the boons !

AKAIK, the team for COA is incredibly small. To speed up development, you’ll need to make some shortcuts. Reusing assets is going to be the one that has the least amount of impact when it comes to the feel of a new WoW.

To be fair, you can play an Earth-based Elementalist in GW2... but yeah. That's the only other Earth elemental spec in any mmorpg I can think of.

Hey Dubz. Been a minute. Hope everything's good. I'm trying to get back into Ascention, but my anti-virus is trippen. So I put the launcher in "Exceptions" didn't work. Do you happen to know what folder I need to put in "Exceptions." for a successful install?

I actually have a big concern now - i know that you love pvp, and all of this now look like majorly PVP focused stuff. Well, im pure pve dude, and now i cant tell that CoA was made for someone like me, who doesnt play pvp at all.

we haven't got to test the pve stuff yet because 60 isn't out on the alpha, only internal testing, so right now there's a lot of focus on pvp because thats all there is to do.

Same. I know McDubs is constantly talking about wanting to have a place for PvP to be popular, but I feel like his love for PvP is going to come at the detriment of some classes. I like the random open world PvP, but I'm not one to seek it out. Just no fun to me. I've just started my prestiged Life Primalist and already feeling it. Before, it flowed well and had a fun, rewarding playstyle for the risk of being a healer in the thick of it. Now, at least at level 12, it just feels like I'm being punished because of PvP balance. Not much in the left side of the class tree looks like it's worth grabbing. I'd rather pull more out of the Geo or Tank focused sides. The first healing spell being a short ranged cone just feels unintuitive. That's coupled with your melee Rage generator being nerfed to a 4sec cd and your backup Rage generation being Geode Barrage, which just kinda runs the "melee healer" idea. The only remedy I see is grabbing the tank claw for a 10sec (after attached passive grab) boost to Rage gain. Then that leads to passive Rage gain and more, so you just want more of that, while cherry picking from the left side. I get not wanting to have super strong healers, but, so far, this just feels worse than it was before and the reason seems to be PvP focused fears.

Looks good but with how much you talked about PvP. I worried PvE will be left to the wayside and only focus on pvp. Kill this for anyone who does not want to pvp. As nothing worse than logging in and finding key parts of your classes was change. Killing the fun of the class.

I am enjoying CoA more than any version od WoW. Please tell us why hunter pers are disabled unless they are class specific. That was one of the best options introduced in Ascension.

having to play a class with macros to get the best out of it is absolutely the wrong way to go. haven't you guys ever thought that the boons alone could just be too much with all the other spells? a lot of things are still being developed without a plan. i can only hope that you will change a few things before you think that it's "finished" sooner or later...

Also, oh look another dual wielding plate wearer class with 4 specs (I know the ranged DPS uses cloth but still) this is now Class 6 that uses plate, can dual wield, and has 4 specs. You have now shown 8 classes, and 4 of them are dual wielding plate wearing 4 spec classes..... you are at ~ 40% of the classes done, and 60% of that 40% share the same things
