Mcdoubles back again with a brand new video today featuring the BARBARIAN on Project Ascension's Conquest of Azeroth 21 custom class ALPHA!
In this video we finally take a look at this leather wearing, agi-based, dual wield OR 2h wielding BEHEMOTH of a melee class that also happens to sport some of the most unique mechanics I've seen so far in the alpha.

WoW needs to adopt a mode like this for their classes. So many more "meta builds" being discovered and we'd have options other than 3 flavors of DPS. Such creativity! ❤

Honestly not a huge fan of canceling animations. I just want my class to work as intended with no hidden things that you will inevitably be forced to learn just to be viable due to the min-max sigma culture Xd

From my experience as a barb, you generally tend to do extremely well in PvE. However, you tend to do extremely poor in BGs.

Keep up the videos, I hope revelations wow turns out good. I think we need a few different private servers with different visions so we can swap around so it doesn't get stale. The Barb feels like it barrows from the Diablo Barb, After D1 I played almost only Barb it is so satisfying ..... When WOW was coming out I remember hoping it was going to be Diablo based because I prefer that to Warcraft IP. Hopefully some one will come along and give WOW a Diablo makeover, make it two factions where you can play on the side of Diablo being an Undead, Goat man, fallen one ect ...

Pyro looks like it's a lot of fun. Just light people on fire and run around them. That 17 and 0 final score in eots isn't a bug. It's just a geared player.

Hey, regarding the FPS drop, i noticed a broadcast ingame that says if you have FPS problems in BGS or anything, to try and toggling Hardware Cursor in video settings. They saying its caused by a recent Nvidia driver update. give it a try and see if it helps :)

The gameplay looks like COA is still very powercreeped, perhaps a little too much. Nothing wrong with trying more things out, making levelling faster, but level 6s pulling and killing 10-20 mobs so easily might just be a bit too much.

tbf it is still in alpha. the devs are more worried about does everything work. pretty sure we just had a bit of a blanket damage nerf recently.

Sure if you want to stay on classic WoW killing 1-2 things and needing to sit down ! BUT! Is that fun? Do people really want to have to buy food and sit down and watch out! Sounds like a pain in the ass to me! And remember he said “ I’m having fun!” And to me that’s enough…

Hey McDoubles so you know man you can type .char list and it bringw up a list of characters so you can deactivate one or two so you have room to make another character without deleting one

The class design in this is obviously very creative and the devs are really talented and seem to be motivated. My biggest gripe, however, is that some of the classes don't really feel very "Warcraft-y". I think the Witch Hunter, Barbarian, and Monk really feel more like Diablo than Warcraft. The Lobster-DOT class and CoX are really "out-of-character" too, I feel. I don't see the devs reworking the class fantasies that much at this point in developement, so sadly I think they're to stay. The classes are cool, but don't feel like Warcraft. Apart from class "feel", the power levels are much too high. But I think the devs know this, and plan to fix it later, before release. Understandable.

I think the monk fits in wow nicely as a concept, but barbarian and witch hunter definitely don't feel like they really belong in wow at all. Think they could've went with dark ranger and blademaster instead of those two.

Okay McDoubles, back last season me (Spreadmygoat, a draenei healer with a shield and scarlet crusade tmog) and my friend (Goatbear, white ursa bearskin) reamed into a horde town in Hellfire to kill you on the flight path, and iirc you also saw us do a 2v7 at one point and you had a bit of a breakdown - I did want to apologize again, as I think I did in the moment, but did you ever upload or record any of that?

It it’s broken beyond all repair ?? Who wants to play a broken server? I tried and uninstalled before McDoubles video about it even finished … Rolled horde, Picked goblin , nuff said left the broken spawn to orgrimar… Org was also broken and completely fucked floating lights buildings have no signs WHO THE FUCK MADE THIS??? McDoubles the FPS drop can be fixed by clearing your cache my dude! You played a dog shit server or two so it’s safe to assume they dumped a load of garbage into your WoW cache :) just looking out !

I'm sure people complained about it before and they may have added like a *remove drastic weather* or something button. I know what you mean tho, I remember when I first played and the sound of the rain was bad enough haha 😂

I would have joined half a year ago if the price was lower. Being forced to pay 33-100€(depending on sale) to play something that could be shut off tomorrow from a C&D or just never get released is too much, far too much.
