I am pregnant and am in the 30 week, me and my husband are very excited and happy, our first child, finally it worked:) and maybe like many people who become parents for the first time I am afraid and hope that we will manage everything and become good parents but also do not forget ourselves and your video is beautiful to watch and motivating

I have been struggling with my b.o. since a few weeks after I got pregnant. It has been very uncomfortable and unpleasant for me. I’ve literally gotten directly out of the shower and still smelled badly to me. I’ve felt so just bad because of this, on top of the morning sickness and constant headaches. Today I bought the Dr bronners soap and some witch hazel…..girl 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 the difference is just so amazing!! I could feel the difference and I can definitely smell it. Thank you so much for posting your routines! I got out the shower and came back to this video just to tell you thank you!!!

And, also the family style breakfast is genius. It eliminates the fuss. It also shows that you do not have to control their every move to be a great mom. There are lessons in this video for mothers.
