For my three I found that putting them to bed right at 8 and having them prepare and wind down about 7 was perfect. They still sleep at this time 7-9 years later. Children love the security of a sleep schedule ❤

(After yearssssssss of trying) and all I can think is what am I going to do when he gets here 😂 but you make it look so seamless, I know you may have a younger audience but just so you know you’re inspiring more then just your age group. Congratulations! Just take your time! Do not try to do too much in the beginning rest and feed yourself and baby. Get as much help as you can; those first couple of weeks are tough give yourself plenty of patience and grace especially if you plan to breastfeed too. The nights seem long but as time goes on it get easier to make routines but some days routine goes out the window and you just wing it lol

I love your braids! Definitely perfect for growing your hair out, especially if you keep up with oil in your scalp and all of that stuff.
