The DA is only better than the ANC in Cape Town where they only look after a few white suburbs. They are way more incompetent than the ANC in large metros where there are millions more people, especially black people - they completely ignore areas where poorer black people live, and can’t even handle the major middle class suburbs. All they know is to privatise and overcharge for all services. Costs have risen more than 200% since Julius’ EFF brought them to power in Johannesburg and Pretoria, and impoverished the bottom of the middle class. Conclusion: they do not know how to run a multi-racial, large scale metro. Also, they are friends of Iznotreal.

You talk a lot of nonsense. Cape Town is the best run metro by some margin. Most of the best run municipalities are in the WC and are either DA run of run by a DA-led coalition. Calculating which are the best run municipalities includes things like seeing what percentage of the town receives services , not just the services provided to the wealthy suburbs. You need to deal in facts , not fantasy.
