Agree with everything except for the "no buzzword" rule. Too many recruiters (and, even worse, in some cases already bots) scan resumes in the first round almost SOLELY based on the buzzwords they notice while skimming your CV.

yeah - i think by buzzword I mean like "optimized" or "led transformation project" as the sole phrases. more detail is always good. agree on recruiters being lazy though. sad but true

Hi, Excellent video. I have one question. Since a resume is basically a mean to sell oneself, why not keeping it to its simpliest form and following a shorter structure ? Industry - expertise domain : results quantification tied to an action verb + 1 or 2 result’s enabling activities in relationship with obtained result ? BR
