Mclaren 720s vs Bugatti Chiron

During the SCC500 Rolling50 1000 I have filmed a battle between a Mclaren 720s and a Bugatti Chiron. The Mclaren 720s what you see in the video is tuned to 861HP. But can it beat a Chiron on the 1000 meters?
This event is all about drag racing with a rolling start of 50 km/h.

To put it simply they wern't racing each other to the end they were racing to see who could get from the start to the finish the quickest not first so it really doesnt matter when they set of aslong as they both hit by the sign from there they floor it and whoever gets to the other end quickest (not first) wins

The 720S is amazing if it goes only 25 kph slower than a car with more than 2x it's HP. That's the advantage of being 750 kg lighter. And you get it at like 1/10th the price!

you should look at it from another side as well. Despite of being 750 kg lighter, still 1 km is enough for you to be already 25 kph slower. Imagine if was a drag race from 0 and for 2 km.

That is what we call double standard my friend. 25 kph is a lot, for a car that has more hp per tone, and the distance is less than 1 km, as it is clearly not 1 km in that video. How much difference would be impressive for Bugatti for you?! 200 km?! Not even an F1 car gives that much difference compared to this McLaren and it costs 8-10 milion. Even though it weights only 722 kg. Now go ahead and tell me that an F1 car is not impressive car at all

What's impressive is, despite the 720s having far less horsepower than the Chiron, it was able to keep up for a very respectful time. This just shows how monsterous the 720s is, it crushes those within its class and can compete with Hyper cars. That's worthy of a shock.

That McLaren 720S is a masterful pieces of Art in my opinion, sur the Bugatti was faster, but what did you expected it still as twice the Horsepower and when you think of the prices, you can have 5 or 6 720S for the price of 1 Chiron, sure the Bugatti is way more collectable, but that McLaren still hold it’s own agains it, so it’s a kind of a David vs Goliath kinda story. 👍👍👍

1/2 the motor of the 720s and half the turbos of the Bugatti, and about 5 plus million cheaper then the 720s, I would take the 720 all day long , and buy me a few more condos for myself, the only thing the Bugatti has on it over all is the suspension and corners like nothing els, but still would take the 720s all day long , and it has a better look with wing doors to....
