I have trouble continuing after the perpetual point with the ferrari😅

@@williamewart8550 the most important point is NO DAMAGE until you get to perpetual point. If you are damaged it really slows you down. If you are damage free its easier after the perpetual point than before it, as you pass cars constantly, gaining more time

The Indianapolis one with MP4X pays more than Silverstone. For me, both are pretty easy. Once I hit the perpetual point I can go on forever, even with major mistakes. Last time I did 300 km on Indianapolis.

I faced the same problem with some of my friends! Sometimes if there’s a really slow bot the race leaders will catch him and slow down and then you can overtake all of them. I’ve sometimes had that happen at the very last corner heading to the finish line! Sometimes you just have to re-enter the race until you get a different set up of opponents or even start the race in airplane mode.

I actually had the same thought but then there’s other problems. I’ll get really into this because I do like discussing the game. The number one problem is that they’re currently working on a new version of this game so I seriously doubt they’d be putting extensive effort into redesigning this one. If you keep pit stops really simple then what’s the point of having it? But then the more complicated it gets the more unlikely it would happen. Especially since it pushes the game engine more and more Scenario one, simple pitstop with tire degregation reset. It’s the exact same thing I was thinking myself. but how does it all work?? Is there a pit lane speed? Well then there has to be a penalty for disobeying that Speed. How is a penalty measured and how is it implemented? Currently there’s no programming for exceeding speed and getting a penalty. Exceeding speed will give you instant failure on some events so maybe they could implement it but maybe not. They would have to get teams working on that. The bots also have to pit for it to be fair. That currently does not exist so that’s more programming. Maybe they just make it really simple… As soon as you pull into pet Lane you just go on auto pilot and it’s all done for you. But then what’s the point of having it?? It would all be equal so then it just becomes annoying. One thing a lot of people don’t know about is when you change something in one part of the game it affects many other parts. For instance, they had to change bot programming back in 2019 when they were introducing formula one. There was a lot of side-by-side driving in lap one and bots were constantly crashing making impossible for players to move up. So they made a bunch of changes but then there were unintended side effects in other parts of the game. Bot programming is bot programming… Change it somewhere and it changes everywhere else. It’s not possible to isolate it. This started problems with bots and endurance races that has taken years to try and solve and it still isn’t completely solved. Another problem is that the game engine cannot support a race longer than 20 laps. At a lot of tracks you don’t even pit in the first 20 laps. This is not something that can be changed because it’s part of the core base of the game. The only way you can go longer than 20 laps in this game is in an endurance race where it is recycling data. The game isn’t looking at 22 separate cars on the track that are driving at slightly different abilities. It just looks at a small handful of bots that all drive identical within their grouping. In the first part of an endurance race cars are in groups of abilities. It starts really simple, gets more complicated and faster. Once you hit the 42nd car in an endurance race, every single car after that is identical. In fact every single one of them has about a 5% boost and its abilities over a fully upgraded car. That’s actually why it’s my favourite type of racing. Anyhow, that’s a longer way of explaining that I think it’s actually impossible to ever add it into the game in an effective and interesting way like I’ve seen another games. Most importantly it just doesn’t make sense to pitstop in a 20 lap race unless it was at Le Mans. Then to make it interesting would be far too complicated for what this game can handle. People of been asking for this since the game was first released and I am convinced it won’t happen. I do agree that it would add an interesting element of realism but just not applicable here.

Probably not. I might fully upgrade 2 cars but I can’t see myself fully upgrading 3. I no longer try to own every car and I don’t try to finish everything in the game.

If you have access to any of the invitational series then that’s the best races to run because they pay the most fame. M$ earnings are the same whether it’s champion series or invitational or exhibition. It basically means how much you have to tilt your device for the cars to turn and how fast do they turn.

@@aeiou2397 It does affect every turning system. With arrows it makes so the cars turn harder and faster. It'll probably make more sense if you experiment with it. Also, if you can, I recommend you switch to Tilt B, that way you have a lot more control over the car and your own inputs, you can use assists while you get used to it, but I definitively recommend using Tilt B if you can

I have no idea why it’s 42 but it’s definitely 42. It’s been tested at many many tracks all over the game and in many cars. 40 is never enough. In fact often passing the last two cars is the hardest part. By 50 you see the big train. They’ve never answered whether it was intentional or not and I respect that. With such a precise number it does seem intentional. I know that when endless racing stopped working they worked hard to fix it. I was able to help them by compiling multiple videos showing the problem at various tracks. It cost me as well because I didn’t publish the videos and lost those race earnings each time the game crashed.

It’s been years since I played on Android but it should be the same. On main screen press the gear icon and then there’s a controls icon. I’d say tilt B controls are best.

Yes. At low speeds it feels quite loose. Even at high speeds you can snap this car loose quickly if you’re not careful. It’s kind of what I love about it, more precision driving.

Hi there. That’s a good question. Firstly, the penalty for off-track driving is so tiny. In this Silverston race I only lost R$ 106 too off-track. It took me 0.38 seconds to earn that. Like damage I believe the penalties cap out at a certain point. I still got the majority of my clean race bonus, even though I was fully off track quite a lot. As far as the amount of time I spend with two tires off track, you’re entirely correct. I don’t have to be off track as much as I am. For me it just helps me in setting up the corner. I should get more used to that swinging wide at the last second but sometimes that led me to wrecking. Taking two tires off track is critical as far as lap times are concerned. Even in time trial competitions, I don’t think a person could get a group B time without taking two tires off track. There are some corners where you can only take them full throttle if you started with two Tires Way off track and end with two tires way off track. Sometimes that is shaving half a second to a full second just at one corner.

No, piles of other racing in between. When you finish the game it’s only finished for that current update. They’re always adding more. I quit completing the game years ago as it was just starting to cost too much currency and too much time

I earn it and am also very careful we’re I spend it. Long high paying races, weekly time trials and also I started skipping cars I don’t like. With cars I do earn, I don’t do much for upgrades unless I like them. That does mean I’m sometimes not earning as much in weekly time trials. I have bought gold in the past. Twice I bought 1019 gold when it was 80% off. That was years ago now.

Hmmm… I didn’t know that 95% of the world was children. That’s interesting😂. Seriously, 95% of the world uses the metrics system. It’s a fabulous system, everything is in 10’s. It’s very beneficial to know both. At my most I did about gone over 1080 km, 671 miles. That was 600 laps at Porsche Short. With some of these races, it’s not hard to go far, it’s just about how much time you want to spend. But if you need to be a manly man, that’s fine.😎

I’m not sure what you mean by map. Map display next to the car when you’re driving? It’s really whatever works for you. If you meant which track then the easiest track is Porsche short track. It’s possible to do almost every single race at the track endless. A lot of them don’t pay very good but the basic skills are the same.

If you aren’t used to this type of racing it takes a while to adjust. Definitely have to have all assists off.

@ME7 many thanks for the reply! I can actually reach 65 km, but it's by using a much easier version than yours with one extra, major cut. All assists are off but I still can't do it 😔. Thanks again for the reply and kudos to your excellent content as always! Edit: at least I'm learning new things. I used to only be able to do bonnet cam, but I learned chase just for endless endurances (and now can no longer go back). And I used to find sensitivity 0 too slow for my large 14.6" tablet so I used sensitivity 1... but recently switched to 0 just because, and it seems fine

91.2km ARRRGH!!!!!! (ok i think i'm getting the hang of it. Quarantine helped...even though it cost me like $300 USD...did it mostly by taking EVEN BIGGER cuts. Music off and matte black paint helps too...neon yellow is distracting, everything else is acceptable, but matte black is soothing. Thanks for reading)
