How to make dim spacing for the ordinate dimensions?

With Quick Dimension, after you select "Ordinate," it prompts you to "specify dimension line position." If your Dynamic Input box on the cursor is turned on, you can just type the X value and then the Y value. (If you enter 0 for Y, dimensions will go out horizontally. If you do enter a value for Y, they will be vertical.) To move individual dimensions farther apart, you can click on an individual dimension's grip and drag it up, down, or to the side.
