Here's an easier way. You don't always need to move the part to 0.0, 0.0. Type UCS, ENTER, pick the origin point, then hit ENTER. Now, that becomes your 0.0, 0.0 point and you can select the ordinate dimension command and start there. Repeat the same on all other parts.

Is ordinate dimensioning only for holes?

Thank for the reply Ryan. Another question is, is it okay to use both linear and ordinate dimensioning on the same drawing to send to manufacturers?

That is really a drafting standard question and depends on the manufacturer. I'm not sure what ASME says about that, but I would check with the manufacturer and go from there.
