I was so taken by this presentation I bought the 6.5 CM in a Howa 1500, and the ESS chassis. Excellent combination. Thanks M&S.

Just bought my second ess. One of the few manufacturers that make a chassis for left handed actions.

i really like this chassis and have wanted one for a while, thanks for addressing the things you did to it, i like the the bag rider but i'm not somebody that can do those modifications, maybe they will listen to you and make that available, thanks for your review

Yes, but why not ask MDT? they are the people that make that chassis!

mdt says their howa chassis only work with their polymer mags is the correct in your experience?

They have metal mags also, but I have not tried anything else, Cheers

Were you able to buy direct from MDT, or did you have to buy from local distributor?

They sent to us, but we had to organize import paper work, may be easier to go through Cleavers (stockists) or someone that does the import paper work, Cheers
