Cocumber puree for toddler and kids/from 6 months baby to 3 years old
Ingredients:
1 cucumber(cut into small pieces)
Wheat porridge(soaked for 2 hours)
2 tablespoon jaggery powder
10 ml milk
Preparation Method:
1. Prepare Cucumber:
- Cut one cucumber into small pieces.
2. Combine Ingredients:
- In a grinder, add the cucumber pieces, jaggery powder, and 2 tablespoons of wheat porridge soaked for 2 hours.
- Add 10 ml of milk.
3. Grind:
- Grind all the ingredients together until smooth.
4. Serve:
- Pour the mixture into a serving glass or bowl.
