Nathan, I really appreciate you posting that. It's piles of work to make a video like this, very nice to hear from people that it helps. It's also good for people to see that it is possible. You got it pretty fast! Now you can race as long as you want to on bonus fame days and really rack up the fame! Sounds like you already have some good skills. Getting group B is not that easy, even in a fully upgraded car. So you must already have a good sense of race lines and such. There's still some weeks that I have to fight for it! I used to ONLY race Tilt A, Brakes low, Steering high and TC on. In fact, I sometimes go all assists on high for standard Time Trials that I just don't care about. Nothing wrong with it. So thanks for the feedback.

Thanks, I needed that! This one took a lot of work, I'm hoping it fills a long term need. I had several people tell me that on screen text wasn't good for them because they were translating the video. I had not thought about people who didn't speak English as their primary language. Now they can use Auto-Translate or an external version (KZfaq CC is a bit glitchy!). Showing how assists hurt was a big part as well. That is certainly the number 1 thing I get asked about.

If it wasnt for the free2play advantage though, iirc this game had no service time consumption.

You actually earn a little more in the Porsche when it comes down to earnings per minute. The Porsche is better than the Audi in every area; top speed, acceleration, grip and brakes. So even though fame per lap is the same, fame per minute is not and that’s what makes the difference in those LONG races. It does cost more to fully upgrade the Porsche (151 gold) but it’s in 4 series so it pays for itself. You get 50 gold alone for completing it’s exclusive series.

Good job on getting the hang of the race. I’ve lost progress that way to. I try to always do a cloud save before closing and that seems to work.

Not help on my device , Sometime after i close rr notification application has stopped appear , When that notification appears Playing offline = progres not save Playing online = even worst not saving and if i upgrade a car and when i open again car not upgrading and cash/coin i spend not return. @@mangentong7410 Oh, I see now. A lot of people have been having trouble with that. Seems to be related to the Archive event. I have not heard of any solution yet. You should file a support ticket, they might give you back your gold and 1m cash. I have sometimes got a lot back from them. You can submit ticket through the game by pressing the gear icon, then the "i", then SUPPORT, then "Sign in" in top right corner. You have to create a profile. There is no chance of getting banned for running this race. I’ve been doing this for years now and I’ve made that very public. I know the producer of Real Racing 3 through the game changers program that EA invited me to join. They are well aware of my videos. In fact my videos and my willingness to talk to people is why I was invited to join.

That video will turn 3 years old in 1 week!! That’s probably why, sometimes older videos aren’t recommended. I was brand new to adding voice then, much more animated now.

I agree. I found if I did proper braking that TC didn’t hurt me very much at all. However it was bad when I was taking off track cuts. Speaking of Indy Speedway, that’s one of the only places that I use steering assist high. I turn that on, drop my sensitivity by two and it really helps me to smooth out the corners.

Back when I made this video I was probably running sensitivity 3 or even 5. However now my default setting is 2. Lower sensitivity will help you carry more speed through the corners but it takes a while to get used to. I recommend only lowering it by one or two at a time, just as it feels comfortable. This definitely still works but there is a learning curve.

Thanks man! I only drove with SA low 1 or 2 times prior to this. For the most part, it shouldn't be as bad as it was for me. However no matter who you are, it will not let you turn during that big cut. It just hates it when you drive off road. If you do turn it off try increasing your steering sensitivity by one or two as that might help you in your adjustment.

I currently use steering sensitivity 2 as my default. HOWEVER, when I first went to "no assist" driving I was at 10! I've slowly brought it down which has helped me to skid less, less input into the steering when I turn. Also more stable in straighter sections. I run steering assist high for Indy and Daytona Speedway. At those tracks I lower my sensitivity to 0.

@@matheus_pera Don't worry about it, you are not annoying me at all. I started this KZfaq channel to help other racers. Steering sensitivity is a personal thing, there is no right or wrong answer. I know several drivers that rank in the top 100 of weekly time trials. Most use low sensitivity but some use high. In general there is a balance between how well your car will take a big corner and how well you can drive a very slight corner and even how well you can drive straight. I find with higher sensitivity that the car is more twitchy. The advantage of high sensitivity is that you don't have to move your device very much to have a lot of response on screen. The downside of that, is the potential of going into skids easier from oversteering. for me personally that is the biggest factor. Especially when it comes to off-track driving, which is necessary in this race. When I first went to no assists, there was absolutely no way I could race with a setting of 2!! I was all over the track and felt completely out of control. However as time went on I kept luring it by one or two at a time because it felt like I needed to. I did this on the very same device that I used to use all assists with. I should also mention that sensitivity might change from device to device. It's software interacting with a physical gyroscope. I've driven on both an Apple and a Samsung phones and personally didn't notice a difference. However I expect there will be some differences in some.

It works the same as before, even a bit easier now. I just put out a short yesterday showing me hitting a distance of 291 km in the MP4-X. kzfaq.infoI5YdXTfnMlM?feature=share It’s never about laps, always about passing 42 cars. If you don’t drive fast enough you’ll never get there. I’m very experienced so you can’t even tell I when hit the perpetual point in the 918 anymore. I can do it around 14 km so that’s about 8 laps. Other people go 25 km or about 14 laps run out of cars and never get there. It’s all about skill and technique.

Go offline, wait for 10 seconds, then enter the race. You should get small targets then like 10 km. If not then restart the game offline and enter. I sometimes get targets of 1,000 or even 2,000 km 🤯

It’s not about laps or distance, it’s about passing 42 cars. If you can’t pass 42 cars before your timer runs out then you’ll just never get there. Takes practice! Once you get more experienced this particular race becomes quite easy. In fact I can hit the perpetual point at about 15 km. But when I was first doing it I couldn’t even hit it by 40 km! You need to race fast and clean (without contact) at least until you hit that point. That takes practice!

UPDATE: Just managed to pull it off with the Audi w/ Tilt B. Got past 35 miles but took on too much damage and made too many mistakes to keep it going. Need more practice! Going to have to do better to make it worth using on bonus days with the Agent.

Sensitivity is whatever works for you. Mine has changed a lot through the years. When I first went no assists I ran 10 and did this race. I slowly went down to 2 as it felt natural to do so. I personally find that I have more skid control at lower sensitivity and I do better at Time Trails this way. But I went from 10 to 2 over a period of a couple of years. As far as Tilt A vs Tilt B, I covered that a little between 3:18 and 3:31. I recomend Tilt B as it's easier to control skids. With Tilt A you tend to slik a lot further once a skid starts. With Tilt B you can coast. However I have done this using Tilt A a lot, once I got better. Tilt A is easier on your hands since you aren't always pressing. I use Tilt B until the perpetual point, then use tilt A for a break. If I fall behind, switch back to tilt B to build time.

Hi there. No, doesn't effect perpetual point. However one advantage can be lower targets to beat. Nothing is worse then getting a decent distance only to finish 2nd or 3rd. Max payout I list is ONLY based on 1st place. You get less fame and R$ per lap, for each place lower than 1st. So if you are just learning this race and your 1st place target is something like 20km or 12 miles, quit the race and go offline. Then the worst you will get is around 10.2 km or 6.4 miles. It's sometimes glitchy, so I go into airplane mode, force close the game, restart game, start race, pause and then turn airplane mode off so I can still get text messages and such. Works every time for me. I started a race once and the target to beat was over 1,000km. I wasn't willing to race for 6+ hours, so I just restarted offline.

I FU'd the Audi R8 so I could have a go at this in its exclusive (less GC than the Porsche). First time I ran it the target was 245km - I didn't get anywhere near it but since then the target has been < 20km. I've still not passed the perpetual point yet - I nearly got to it at 23+km as there were a whole lot of cars queued up in front of me coming off the curvy section over the hill but I ran out of time before I could pass the nearest one. I'll keep trying.

You're close! The hardest part of the entire race is the 2 or 3 laps leading up to the perpetual point! After you pass that point you will breath a sigh of relief because it is easier. Like any track, the more your run it, the faster you'll get. The Audi race is certainly the better deal as far as gold spent. It is a bit harder though, since the Porsche is slightly better in every category. Both cars are in many series though, can't really go wrong with either. Good luck out there.

Good for you, quite an accomplishment. You get a nice payday for that!! I did a similar thing in the Ferrari FXXK, 600 laps. I sometimes see targets of 2000+ and I just won’t do it. Lately it’s harder to get those targets to go away. I actually have to log out of the iOS Game Center, log out of Facebook, wait for a minute, go into airplane mode and then enter the race. It used to be a lot easier!

I do this race let's say as "daily bread", but having the bad habit of activating double fame already at the selection of the car, in the event that one of these high scores comes up i am forced to compete in order not to waste it, even if not i feel like it.

Actually you’re not forced to! There’s a wonderful work around! I use it all the time. If you load the race and you get a massive distance, simply crash the game. What I mean is, force close the app. When you re-open it you will see that your crew members are still hired. Also, if it was bonus fame fame day then The race you just escaped from will not have counted. I’ve used this a lot when I’m training myself for the MP4-X at Le Mans. That’s a very hard race and sometimes I crash in lap two or three. At that point I just force close the game, re-open it and they are still hired. Also, your car doesn’t suffer any damage when you do that. It is literally like the race didn’t happen. If that option makes you nervous there’s another one. Cloud save right before you start the race. Then you could simply quit the race, go back and do a cloud restore. However I’ve been using the crash the app method for probably 4+ years and it’s never caused a problem.

For endless racing, yes. For Time Trials and OMP, no. It's good to have all skills. Sometimes knowing how to cut saves you on upgrades in special events as well.

If you go to 12:10 of the video I explain and show the problem with traction. And that was with me driving carefully. If you’re sliding more it’s going to do way more damage to your time and speed. Once it comes on and stays on too long.

The vinyl design? There’s a vinyl in the “patterns and gradients” section that goes from solid to kind of a splatter effect. I used 5 of those with the “paint through” option selected. There’s currently a glitch in the game that won’t let me see that vinyl but I can still select it. If you have the same glitch then it might be pretty hard to find it. It’s on their list to fix, hopefully in update 8.5.

Everyone is getting the connection error. There actually is no connection error. They canceled team competitions as they try to figure out a way to combat hacking and cheating. They are going to start some team competitions in the next update as a trial run. EA invited me to be part of their game changer program. I am in regular contact with developers of the game and I’m very confident to say that you cannot get banned for doing this race. In fact, I worked with the team to fix endurance races when they stopped working back in update 8.0. If they were against this type of racing they would’ve left it broken back then.

It’s a challenge, lots of people only get to 20-25 km at first. Still works, just saw someone do 1000 km the other day.

No cheating required. Just a lot of practice and very good driving. You can actually see some of my videos still in the game. Go to real racing TV, community videos and you’ll see several Races I did like this. That shows you that the programmers actually support this style of racing and validate that it is not cheating.

I do end up getting damage at the beginning of the race and I cant seem to not get damage. It feels like the control of the car gets out of hang and it skids. Maybe my breaking points are too late. But I feel like they are perfect. I get to 13 mi then I run out of time

Hi there Matt. I might overlap some of what I said in the video but I’ll just share a few things that come to mind. It’s hard not to get damaged there, but it’s important to avoid it and at least until you get past the perpetual point. One thing about damage is that it does hurt your performance. Top speed and grip numbers go down, while acceleration and braking numbers go up. So as your car gets damaged you end up having to brake a little bit earlier because of the brakes AND because you will have less grip in the corners. Braking Points aren’t just about how far away you are from the corner, they’re about where you are on the track. When you have two tires off track it actually increases your braking distance. However sometimes having two tires off track is beneficial because it improves your trajectory. So once you find something that works it’s important to keep doing it the same way each time. There are three main reasons why a car skids. (1) You are braking too late. (2) you are on the gas too early. (3) You have the wrong trajectory through the corner. Sometimes it’s a combination of 1&3 or 2&3. Keep experimenting with those factors until you find something that works. You can study how I was approaching the corners to help you. Control options where you have manual gas gives you a lot more control. With Tilt A you will just keep sliding once you start sliding. With tilt B you can pull out of a slide instantly by just lifting off the throttle and steering into the direction of your slide. Tilt B is harder on you as a player because you have to be engaged almost the entire time. However it is a massive advantage when driving off track. Lastly you really do have to have all of your assist off for this to work. That means steering assist off, brake assist off and traction control off. Anyone of those will make this near impossible. This is a longer answer than I intended to give but I think the details are good. In fact, I think I will remove the personal content and pin this as a comment to this video, as it should help other people. Anyhow Matt, I hope it helps you!

Hi there. They actually pay exactly the same. 500 fame per lap when all on track and finishing 1st. Around 445 per lap after off-track losses. The Porsche is faster so you can earn a little more per minute that way. I also look at which car I like to drive more. Hope you have a profitable race!

All assists off and Tilt B controls? That's a must. Also making sure you don't take on damage until after the perpetual point (cracked windshield). After that it's all about learning the track. I used to lose a lot of time in that first windy section at the start of the lap. I had to brake earlier to get through clean. Another thing that wastes time is skidding when off-track. It happens, you just want to minimize it as much as possible. Hope some of that helps.

If you’re not fast enough you’ll never hit it. If I drive slower I can get to 30+ miles without hitting it. But then if I’m really fast I can hit it at about 9 miles. Mot assists will make it impossible, so you have to get used to driving without those. You don’t want to take on any damage before hitting the perpetual point because damage makes you slower.

Average is probably 20 - 25 km. I hit it as early as 15 km but I’ve done it hundreds of times. As far as online versus off-line, enter off-line just so you get lower targets. It won’t make the bots any easier. I have friends who do over 1000 KM here, so I have to enter off line to get lower targets. Sometimes just being logged out helps, sometimes I need to be in airplane mode. As soon as the race starts you can go back online if you want to. But I wouldn’t do other stuff on your device while you’re doing this race. It’s fine to pause and take a break but make sure your screen stays on and make sure the game is open on your screen. I lost some long races because I went to do something else on my phone.

It just takes practice. Try to skid as little as possible. But some skidding is okay as long as you don't lose much speed. It used to be impossible for me, now it is easy. Perpetual point depends on how fast you drive. Need to pass about 42 cars to see the point. I've hit it as early as 16 km and as late as 30 km.

Quite a bit less, just 300 fame for lap. Then you have to take some cuts, so you get even less than that. I actually did a video where I did the race in the car completely on serviced and it was still easy. It just doesn’t pay good enough to make it worth your while. You earn more in the Audi and Porsche, even more in the Ferrari FXX K and that one is easier to drive. The best farming race for the MP4-X is actually the Le Mans race but it is extremely hard. It's not a fixed point on the track or a fixed distance. It's based on running consistent fast lap times. In this particular video I hit the perpetual point at about 16 km. However in the Audi LMS Ultra video I did, I actually did hit it out of about 23 km. that's most likely because I was skipping one of the cuts earlier in the race which lowered my lap times. So if you have three fast laps and then a really bad one it'll push back the perpetual point. The more you run the race the faster you will get. It took me a while to get good at this track.

ME7 My only perpetual endurance is 13.1 light rider with the type 125. Do you have any tips on how to take the hill section at the start of the lap faster? The car slides really easily at low speed, so I have to go really slow to prevent the car from skidding. I lose a lot of time here, which makes me unable to skip the last big cut and earn more fame

In addition to being harder in the Lotus, it is also one of the lowest paying versions. The Audi LMS Ultra and Porsche 918 RSR Concept are easier and pay more. Hello ME7, I followed your advice and got the Audi R8 LMS Ultra and FU it for the exclusive series. Today I have the 40% fame bonus, which I collected while my device had a wifi connection. If I start a perpetual endurance without an internet connection, will I still get the extra 40% fame at the end of the race? Thanks

Oh yes, certainly happens to me. Go off-line before you enter the race, airplane mode. Check the distances before you start the race (loading screen), they should be way lower. If not, force close the game and try again. As soon as the race starts you can go back online. Because of all my racing I get targets over 1000 miles. 😲

Sorry for the late reply, I had a lot of messages and missed this one. I find traction control just slows me down too much. It’s better to adjust your driving so that you aren’t sliding around. When I’m sliding around a lot I back up my braking points a bit. EDIT: I need to add that there’s currently a glitch in the game that won’t let you get past lap 27 to 29. Learn to drive and understand the physics of racing. This is realistic enough that real physics apply.

It takes practice and technique. You want your car to be pretty straight when you’re off-track. Get your car pointed in the right direction before going off track, then try to hold it straight. I also do not stay full throttle all the time off track. Tilt B is critical for this. Cars slide more with tilt A because it’s always full gas or full brakes. With tilt B you can lift off the gas and pull out of a skid faster. You need to lift off the gas a bit during the first cut. The second cut is a little bit easier to take full throttle, as long as your straighter.

@@ME7_RR3 Woah you still reply even tho this video is a year old???!! Mad respect to you sir! . However, what you are saying is the trouble... The thing goes crazy once it hits the dirt! It even become obsessed with that wall on the first cut, and it goes like cruise missile crashing itself to the wall.... . Or perhaps do you let go of the car do its own thing after you adjust the direction and simply slips off the cut??? Or you handle and control the car to remain calm and steady during off-track???

I do a LOT of handling of the car. I don’t let it do its own thing, but I don’t correct it too quickly. I stay on the gas as much as possible. As soon as the car skids, I lift off the gas, correct the skid and get back into the gas. Lower steering sensitivity might make it easier to handle, less over correcting going on. However you might just have too much speed when you go off track. I try to be pointed in the direction I want to end up, before I even go off track.

It takes practice. It took me several tries to hit it my first time. It was very difficult at first but eventually it becomes easy. Contact with other cars will slow you down. I only do that race on bonus fame days. Do that on 100% bonus fame day and you double your amount for the same effort. If you can ever get your hands on the Ferrari FXXK it pays better. Also, your lap times can be four seconds faster so you earn more fame per minute on that one. But it’s pretty expensive to fully upgrade, which is required to enter the race.

Wow, that’s pretty good! There’s no change in the race regardless of how far you go. The biggest distance I ever saw was 5555.55 km (3452 miles)!! He did the race over a five day period on a dedicated device. I could never go that far. Most I did was 600 laps.

Right before you hit it, the bots will be pretty spread out and scarce. That is the hardest part of the race and is the biggest hurdle to overcome. Suddenly you’ll see a long train of them, evenly spaced out & closer together. They are at maximum difficulty and can drive faster than a fully upgraded car on long straights. So you mostly get them in the corners. There is no fixed point on the track or fixed distance for the perpetual point. In my experience it is based on fast back to back lap times. So if you have one really bad lap. the perpetual point will be pushed back another lap or two.

As far as Porsche Short Track Endurance vs 10 lap Le Mans, it depends on the day. For every day racing the 10 lap is better. But on bonus fame days, especially 50% or higher, Porsche Short is better if you run an hour or more. I always hire the Agent for any long race. You still earn more fame per minute in the 10 lap, but you can only run 10 laps. Keep running at Porsche Short Endurance and you can make way more. On every fame day of 50% or more, I used to run at least 2 hours in the Ferrari FXX K. Then there's one day that I went 600 laps and made a HUGE amount. They do not work for me at all. You can't do continued, steady turns with buttons. You have to keep tapping, which makes the car jerk a little each time. This forces people to drive a little slower or rely on assists. Tilt B is best, especially when driving off-track. Tilt A is good, but you can never coast.

That's how I drive bro. I did 150km with button and everything turned off. It's pretty easy. I've done it like 5 times now.

I can make it really simple; just turn off all assists, cut the track in 2 spots and go as long as you want to. It takes practice. There is no easy way to learn no assist driving. It takes determination and time. If you are skidding you are usually braking too late. Tilt A is also bad for skidding. Especially off-track, tilt B is best. This video shows you how assists hinder you. Driving like this is not easy at first, used to be impossible for me. Now it has become easy.

First off, great job in conquering that race! You earn a bit more in the 918 because the 918 is a bit faster. They actually pay the exact same fame per lap on paper and the 918 pays about 4% more R$ per lap. But you can run about 2 seconds faster a lap in the 918. That means the per minute pay is more, which is what we are after in these types of races. A lot of people start in the Audi because it’s cheaper to buy and cheaper to upgrade. But the 918 is better is better than the Audi in all categories. They are both great cars to have because they are in a lot of series.

Is that R$ or Fame? Endless racing is usually more fame focussed. Either way, when a normal race is over, it’s over. These Endless races are best on bonus days, bonus R$ percentage or bonus fee percentage. That way you keep going as much as you want to and keep earning more and more and more.

It takes a while to figure out where you can maximize the track. Also, if you’re not used to no assist driving that can be a big adjustment. Just make sure you drive as fast as you can right from the very start. Eventually it will become easy for you.

I just did it today and got pretty far but the car is super unstable. Personally I run the Porsche 919 in endurance Kings and the midnight race takes like 25 mins and nets 40k rp and over 200k credits
