The sound of the saw hitting the log really takes me back to my youth. Good looking setup, reminds me of my dads mill that we drug all over northwestern NC and southeastern VA. Thank you for posting the video!

I would guess that one of two things are happening, one that your retiring or your going to a bandsaw mill that might or might not be mobal. I lean towards the last option. The mill your selling is a great mill and has many board feet of cutting lft in it and when moved to its new home will have some upgrades as money allows. The biggest problem with a circular sawmill is the curf. I love the amount of wood they eat in a day and just from taking it down improvements or suggestions from you to the new owner. I see a lot of big timber going through that mill and only the curf being the set back in owning one. I have ran a tie mill in the day and it was all small timber so it ate as much as it sawed. Still a great mill but the cost of timber to feed it is really prohibitive unless you own your own tree lots

THAT is a good mill and it looks like an old 220 Cummins! I loved to hear one run in a truck. Good deal but I don't blame you for upgrading BUT this one would saw a LOT of lumber and the old manual jobs were accurate to a hair and a half! NOW To listen to the BUS MOTOR!
